職位描述:
Job Description:
1、 Complete individual and overall sales objectives according to the monthly distribution
每月根據銷(xiāo)售任務(wù),分配每位顧問(wèn)當月銷(xiāo)售任務(wù)和目標,完成個(gè)人及中心整體銷(xiāo)售任務(wù);
2、 As sales team supervisor and trainer ensure fundamental team principles of “fairness, honesty and openness” to develop efficiency and communication
銷(xiāo)售團隊的管理和培訓,保證團隊在“公平、公正、公開(kāi)”的'原則下開(kāi)展各項工作的推進(jìn)和溝通;
3、 Regularly check that all curriculum consultant are persistently producing comprehensible work conducive to the students’ progress
保證所有課程顧問(wèn)對其所屬學(xué)生進(jìn)行持續跟蹤和溝通,定期抽查所有顧問(wèn)的學(xué)員服務(wù)情況;
4、Maintain a clear line of communication with correlating departments
與其他相關(guān)部門(mén)保持暢通的溝通交流;
5、Assist the Marketing Department in developing and implementing plans to inform and expand our market
在總的市場(chǎng)目標下,協(xié)助市場(chǎng)部制定和實(shí)施市場(chǎng)傳播計劃。
任職要求:Job Requirements
1、 Education background: BA or above
教育背景:本科或本科以上學(xué)歷背景;
2、 Professional Knowledge: Marketing, English, Administration/Management
專(zhuān)業(yè)知識:銷(xiāo)售學(xué)(心理學(xué))、英語(yǔ)、管理學(xué);
3、 Experience: Strong
