運 動(dòng)有很多種，有打籃球、羽毛球、桌球、、、等，都是有益身心健康的運動(dòng)，其中，我最喜愛(ài)的運動(dòng)是：”游泳”，游泳不但可以治好氣喘，還可以減肥，真是一舉 兩得。游泳有很多方式，像是：自由式、蛙式、仰式、水母漂、、、等，都很有趣喔!但是，游泳也是要注意一下，像是不要沒(méi)有做暖身操，就先下水，不然就不能 避免抽筋;下水時(shí)先確認水深不深，淺不淺，水深不好，因為你跳水時(shí)，有可能水太深，造成溺水;水太淺跳水時(shí)，就會(huì )受傷，容易發(fā)生危險;還有不要在濕滑的地 方追逐嬉戲。我們要快快樂(lè )樂(lè )的玩，平平安安的回家。
游泳是個(gè)很好的運動(dòng)，連平常都不怎么有精神的弟弟去游泳回來(lái)以后，精神都來(lái)了�？梢�(jiàn)游泳真的很棒!我們也可以多多嘗試看看喔!
