一、歷簡(jiǎn)種類(lèi)
1、中式歷簡(jiǎn)
中式歷簡(jiǎn)中，常常包括政治面貌、性格及身高體重等信息。
如果中英文歷簡(jiǎn)一起遞交，建議中文歷簡(jiǎn)中不寫(xiě)政治面貌。
因為如果去外企作工，背景中的政治色彩越少越好，起碼沒(méi)有必要讓老外知道。
性格是主觀(guān)的東西，有經(jīng)驗的招聘人員從來(lái)不相信任何人寫(xiě)己自的性格，因為它不是硬性的東西，不象學(xué)歷、技能。
有些人如果認為司公要招聘一個(gè)比較活躍一點(diǎn)的，便會(huì )在歷簡(jiǎn)中寫(xiě)性格開(kāi)朗。
有的是真的相信己自性格開(kāi)朗，有的是覺(jué)得寫(xiě)上更好，其實(shí)沒(méi)必要。
2、港式歷簡(jiǎn)
香港出版的歷簡(jiǎn)書(shū)寫(xiě)技巧書(shū)籍中都要求年齡、婚否、報紙的招聘廣告中還要求求職者寫(xiě)上工資現狀及預期工資，這些都屬于隱私問(wèn)題，美式歷簡(jiǎn)則不要求提供這些信息。
3、英式歷簡(jiǎn)
很接近港式，但個(gè)人資料沒(méi)有港式說(shuō)得那么多，篇幅長(cháng)但不詳細，俺們這里不做過(guò)多評論。
4、美式歷簡(jiǎn)
國際大司公中比較流行的是美式歷簡(jiǎn)，是俺們重點(diǎn)參考的樣式，美式歷簡(jiǎn)往往只有一張紙，書(shū)寫(xiě)格式卻也不十幾種，有些書(shū)籍甚至登載了上面種樣本，俺們這里只介紹美國大司公中最流行的一種，如華爾街的投資銀行、國際咨詢(xún)司公、工業(yè)司公、制造業(yè)司公、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)業(yè)司公等都采用這種式樣，同時(shí)，俺們也參考了三個(gè)名牌學(xué)樣：哈佛商學(xué)院、沃頓商學(xué)院和哥倫比亞商學(xué)院的歷簡(jiǎn)樣本，式樣大同小異，主要以哈佛商學(xué)院的為主。
二、歷簡(jiǎn)要領(lǐng)
1、招聘人員怎樣鑒別歷簡(jiǎn)?
好歷簡(jiǎn)當然會(huì )被保留，如果背景又恰好是司公急需的，可能馬上就會(huì )約見(jiàn)求職者，不好的歷簡(jiǎn)就會(huì )被扔掉，事實(shí)上，不好的歷簡(jiǎn)就會(huì )被扔掉，事實(shí)上，連看都不看，任何一個(gè)知名的大司公，每天都有成百上千人遞歷簡(jiǎn)。
如果寫(xiě)得太差，根本就不值得保留，因為這些司公認為，一個(gè)人連己自的歷簡(jiǎn)都寫(xiě)不好，將來(lái)進(jìn)了司公，對行文質(zhì)量不夠;對內說(shuō)件事情也不清楚，司公不需要這樣的人，大家經(jīng)常說(shuō)大司公的人訓練有素，實(shí)際上這也是其中一方面，即使不進(jìn)大司公，歷簡(jiǎn)寫(xiě)得不好，也會(huì )顯得不懂基本格式，沒(méi)有智慧。
2、TRIS。

一方面歷簡(jiǎn)要寫(xiě)得好，另一方面招聘人員看歷簡(jiǎn)只是掃描式的'，最初看也就是5秒種左右，第一印象不好就扔了，這會(huì )兒你就該問(wèn)了：“如果俺寫(xiě)得好，短時(shí)間他看不出來(lái)怎么辦?”不用擔心，他們是可以看出來(lái)的，因為招聘人員干的就是這一行，如果您懷疑他看不出來(lái)，說(shuō)明兩點(diǎn)：第一，您對招聘人員的作工性質(zhì)還不了解。
假設您是司機，經(jīng)常走北京那么多胡同，自然就記住了，而一般人都覺(jué)得很難記。
第二，說(shuō)明你對行文格式，業(yè)專(zhuān)寫(xiě)作形象還不熟悉。
美國很多職位很高的大老板，在看下屬寫(xiě)東西時(shí)，一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)小錯，哪怕只是換了一種字體，漏了一個(gè)逗號，多了一個(gè)空格都能及時(shí)指出來(lái)。

關(guān)于英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習，始于李陽(yáng)到我們學(xué)校的一次演講，聽(tīng)完那次演講之后，我才對英語(yǔ)有了熱情，英語(yǔ)從以前的猜到幾分是幾分，慢慢地隨著(zhù)興趣和投入漸漸好轉。
盡管這樣，進(jìn)大學(xué)時(shí)，我的英語(yǔ)成績(jì)還不到90分，是我們班級甚至專(zhuān)業(yè)里最差的，同時(shí)我的總分是我們班最高的。
到了大學(xué)，英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習更加系統，而商務(wù)英語(yǔ)本身也是英語(yǔ)專(zhuān)業(yè)里比較難的一個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)，同學(xué)們經(jīng)常說(shuō)，學(xué)商務(wù)英語(yǔ)的可以很容易地去做教師，可學(xué)英語(yǔ)教育的想做商務(wù)英語(yǔ)的工作卻很難！這時(shí)候，我又再次思索關(guān)于英語(yǔ)捷徑的問(wèn)題。
通過(guò)對外籍教師教學(xué)理念的分析和學(xué)習過(guò)程中的歸納總結，我終于發(fā)現了一條所謂的'學(xué)習“捷徑”：
基本的字母音標學(xué)習盡量標準化，標準化后就是一個(gè)隨時(shí)積累的過(guò)程，利用語(yǔ)法的框架，結合起來(lái)有目的地去學(xué)習即可。越是標準對以后的學(xué)習越有利，為此我專(zhuān)門(mén)買(mǎi)了幾本相關(guān)的音標學(xué)習書(shū)籍，利用暑假的時(shí)間認真研究學(xué)習了三個(gè)月，在往后的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習過(guò)程中，這段時(shí)間的學(xué)習幫了我大忙，差不多可以做到聽(tīng)到一個(gè)生詞，可以寫(xiě)出對應的英語(yǔ)單詞；看到一個(gè)生詞，不用看音標直接能讀出來(lái)！
這條捷徑，其實(shí)是我個(gè)人經(jīng)驗的總結，對英語(yǔ)對語(yǔ)言本質(zhì)的領(lǐng)悟，有了正確的理念，再去學(xué)習就會(huì )在具體的學(xué)習過(guò)程中很容易找到更多實(shí)踐中的捷徑，或者說(shuō)讓學(xué)習更加簡(jiǎn)單的方法。
在后來(lái)做幼教、做外貿工作、跟外國人士交流及生活、英語(yǔ)娛樂(lè )的過(guò)程中，我又不斷發(fā)現一些更本質(zhì)的東西，真理往往很簡(jiǎn)單，可發(fā)現的過(guò)程卻是想不到的曲折艱苦。
有幾個(gè)觀(guān)點(diǎn)在這里做一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的分享：
1、所謂語(yǔ)言的規則，都是人們根據自己的需要定制的，所以這些規則必然符合人的習性，也可以說(shuō)這些規則是服務(wù)于人的，是為了更多人們的方便才制定的。
2、學(xué)習絕對不應該是一個(gè)痛苦的過(guò)程，引導孩子認識自己，找到他們的興趣所在，讓興趣與學(xué)習結合起來(lái)，這才是對孩子最重要的事情！
3、學(xué)習是要有長(cháng)遠的目的性的，不是為了考個(gè)好大學(xué)，而是為了一個(gè)好的將來(lái)！
我真心的希望，在我們這一代人的身后成長(cháng)起來(lái)的孩子們，他們的學(xué)習更加輕松，甚至充滿(mǎn)樂(lè )趣！
