英語(yǔ)第四單元Food and Restaurants說(shuō)課稿
一、教材分析
第30課位于本冊書(shū)第四單元第六課，第四單元以“Food and Restaurants”展開(kāi)學(xué)習，主要幫助學(xué)生掌握一日三餐的表達法，英語(yǔ)國家中最常見(jiàn)的飲料與食品的名稱(chēng)及數字11到20的讀寫(xiě)法。通過(guò)學(xué)習讓學(xué)生了解一些西方飲食習慣并能用簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)在就餐時(shí)進(jìn)行交談,學(xué)會(huì )表達“喜歡與不喜歡”，“談?wù)搩r(jià)格”等，在此基礎上區分可數名詞與不可數名詞，了解行為動(dòng)詞的一般現在時(shí)態(tài)，逐步培養學(xué)生樂(lè )于接觸異國文化的情趣。
本課分三部分，第一部分要求掌握七種英語(yǔ)國家常見(jiàn)的食物名稱(chēng)；第二部分談?wù)搩r(jià)格，第三部分為一首英文歌曲，前兩部分要求學(xué)生能根據一定的情景熟練自如的對話(huà)。后一部分利用歌曲歡快的節奏，培養學(xué)生英語(yǔ)學(xué)習的`樂(lè )趣。
二、教學(xué)目標
語(yǔ)言目標：
1.New words: fast, hamburger, hot dog, pizza, ice cream, sandwich, much, live
2.Key sentences:

3. Make sure that students can make dialogues according to the two topics “having meals and prices”
能力目標：
1.To enable students to take part in the role activities.
2.To train the ability of working in groups
情感目標：
According to the lively teaching, improve their interests in English, keep confident and dare to express in English.
重點(diǎn)：
1. Understanding the dialogue and grasp the language notes.
2. Learning how to describe one’s real or imaginary pet.
難點(diǎn)：
Learning how to make dialogues in some situations
三、說(shuō)教法
情景教學(xué)法： 曾經(jīng)有人向老外請教，What’s the best way of learning English?(學(xué)英語(yǔ)的最佳方法是什么?)老外隨口便說(shuō)：“Go to the United States or marry an American.(到美國去或與一個(gè)美國人結婚)。這些話(huà)就告訴我們學(xué)語(yǔ)言離不開(kāi)環(huán)境。但是我們的學(xué)生在學(xué)校接觸真實(shí)英語(yǔ)的機會(huì )非常有限，他們語(yǔ)言學(xué)習的主要環(huán)境就是課堂，所以我們絕不能吝嗇口語(yǔ)訓練的時(shí)間，不能認為教學(xué)任務(wù)完不成，而隨意砍掉教材中提供的許多豐富的口語(yǔ)練習，要安排足夠的時(shí)間讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐，充分利用教材的優(yōu)勢，組織并設計好Work in pairs, Read and say, Speak out, Group discussion和Interview等各種口語(yǔ)活動(dòng)，創(chuàng )設一個(gè)近似自然的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境，用與日常生活相關(guān)的小對話(huà)，如起居、節假日、生日聚會(huì )、拜訪(fǎng)、打電話(huà)、看病、購物、游泳、體育活動(dòng)等使學(xué)生有身臨其境的感覺(jué)，在樂(lè )趣中學(xué)習，在娛樂(lè )中獲益。學(xué)生想在課堂上有好的表現，課前勢必去積極準備。把生活引入課堂，再把課堂上所學(xué)到的知識延伸到生活中，這樣學(xué)生無(wú)時(shí)無(wú)刻不在感受英語(yǔ)，鍛煉英語(yǔ)，突破口語(yǔ)屏障。
小組學(xué)習和任務(wù)教學(xué)法：美國教育家蘇那丹戴克說(shuō)：“告訴我，我會(huì )忘記；做做看，我會(huì )記��；讓我參加，我就會(huì )完全理解”。我們以此可以知道課堂上讓學(xué)生參與的是如此之重要。在英語(yǔ)課堂適當“留余地”給學(xué)生一些自由的英語(yǔ)空間，有助于能力的培養。教師在課堂上，不管是在revision, presentation, practice, consolidation等各個(gè)環(huán)節甚至是evaluation都應適當的“留余地”，讓學(xué)生有自我體驗的過(guò)程和感受英語(yǔ)的機會(huì )和時(shí)間，讓學(xué)生參與課堂，體驗英語(yǔ)�！队⒄Z(yǔ)課程標準》明確提出：教師應避免單純、機械的語(yǔ)言教學(xué)模式，應根據課程的總體目標并結合教學(xué)內容與學(xué)生生活實(shí)際，設計能充分激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習興趣、貼近學(xué)生生活實(shí)際、培養學(xué)生英語(yǔ)綜合運用能力；課程還倡導任務(wù)型的教學(xué)模式，讓學(xué)生在教師的指導下，通過(guò)感知、體驗、實(shí)踐、參與和合作等方式，實(shí)現任務(wù)的目標，感受成功。在學(xué)習過(guò)程中進(jìn)行情感和策略調整，以形成積極的學(xué)習態(tài)度，促進(jìn)語(yǔ)言實(shí)際運用能力的提高。因此，唯有在課堂上給學(xué)生“留余地”，激發(fā)他們學(xué)習英語(yǔ)的興趣，幫助他們建立學(xué)習的成就感和自信心，使他們在學(xué)習過(guò)程中發(fā)展綜合語(yǔ)言運用能力，從而提高課堂的有效性，提高人文素養，增強實(shí)踐能力，培養創(chuàng )新精神。
四、教學(xué)程序
新課程背景下英語(yǔ)課堂教學(xué)的有效性，關(guān)鍵是如何調控學(xué)生對課堂學(xué)習的注意力，激發(fā)學(xué)生對學(xué)習英語(yǔ)的興趣。依據這一點(diǎn)，我的教學(xué)程序安排如下：

1.Watch the second FLASH, fill in the blanks.
Play again. Lead them to pay attention “How much for…”、“I’ll take six.” If necessary, explain in Chinese.
