外企HR教你如何準備英文簡(jiǎn)歷

　　Balance Sheet 基本方法

　　選擇要應聘的工作后，必須看清招聘廣告上所列出的每項要求，再將自己的學(xué)歷、能力與興趣逐一與之比較，作一張balance sheet.

　　例如，一則關(guān)于marketing management trainee和job requirement是這樣寫(xiě)的：

　　We are looking for a competent person to fill the captioned position：

　　-University graduate major in Marketing Management.Prepared to develop career in the commercial field

　　-Outgoing personality

　　-Able to communicate at different levels

　　-Good knowledge of PC operations

　　-Proficiency in written and spoken English/Mandarin

　　那么你相應地考慮自己的qualification的選擇和表述，就可以這樣寫(xiě)(與上列各項對應)：

　　-University graduate with majorin Marketing

　　-Having actively participated in Business club's activities and learned accounting and management

　　-Good in communication with people and like a lot of outdoor activities，know how to tackle with people from all walks of life

　　-Skillful in operating Words，Excel，Lotus1-2-3，etc

　　-Fluent in English and Mandarin

　　這個(gè)方法的好處是可讓求職者清楚了解該職位是否適合自己，而本身資料又是否切合要求，而且，明白了各項要求后，就可依據每一點(diǎn)在履歷表上重點(diǎn)提出自己在該方面的強項。突出賣(mài)點(diǎn)(selling point)，將之放在最吸引人的地方，使招聘者一眼可見(jiàn)，有利于present自己。

　　Work experience 工作經(jīng)驗的陳述

　　工作經(jīng)驗是resume中令招聘者相當感興趣的一項內容，善加措詞是不可忽視的要務(wù)。

　　剛畢業(yè)，何來(lái)工作經(jīng)驗?其實(shí)，讀書(shū)時(shí)的兼職、實(shí)習、實(shí)踐，以至所曾參加的一些課外活動(dòng)-協(xié)助出版學(xué)�？�物、舉辦活動(dòng)，展覽、宣傳……都可算是工作經(jīng)驗、不過(guò)，表達起來(lái)要有針對性地展開(kāi)，列出那些與所找工作有關(guān)的項目重點(diǎn)介紹，必要時(shí)更可使用summary的方式，以給招聘者深入的了解。

　　下面的寫(xiě)法顯得相當簡(jiǎn)陋呆板：

　　2014/7-2014/8 General Clerk，IBM

　　2013/7-2013/8 Account clerks，Manley Toy Trading

　　2012/6-2012/8 Salesgirl，Esprit.

　　倘能換一種表述如：

　　Three years of job experience in different position shave offered me opportunities to under stand different job aspects.

　　-As a General Clerk(IBM)，Account sclerk(Manley Toy Trading)，I have learned how to prepare purchasing orders，place orders，handle accounting matter，check voucher，…also(Salesgirl，Esprit)developing the technique of selling，serving and stocking.

　　就能更好地突出個(gè)人工作經(jīng)驗，吸引招聘者的注意力!

　　Job objective 事業(yè)目標

　　通常，一般求職者只會(huì )在履歷表開(kāi)端簡(jiǎn)單地寫(xiě)上所應征的職位-Position Applied：Management Trainee或I am applying for...其實(shí)，若懂得利用這小小空間寫(xiě)出自己的事業(yè)目標(job objective)，更能顯示出你對該工作的熱誠及憧憬，能令招聘者對你加倍留意。

　　Job objective

　　To begin as a Marketing Management Trainee，with opportunity to advance to executive level and contribute to the development of firm.
