關(guān)于圣誕樹(shù)有這樣一個(gè)傳說(shuō)：據說(shuō)有一位農民在一個(gè)風(fēng)雪交加的圣誕夜里接待了一個(gè)饑寒交迫的小孩，讓他吃了一頓豐盛的圣誕晚餐，這個(gè)孩子告別時(shí)折了一根杉樹(shù)枝插在地上并祝福說(shuō)：“年年此日，禮物滿(mǎn)枝，留此美麗的杉樹(shù)，報答你的好意。”小孩走后，農民發(fā)現那樹(shù)枝竟變成了一棵小樹(shù)，他才明白自己接待的原來(lái)是一位上帝的使者。這個(gè)故事就成為圣誕樹(shù)的來(lái)源。
圣誕節的確是個(gè)令人雀躍期待的日子，尤其是小孩子，他們盼望著(zhù)在圣誕節，那個(gè)穿著(zhù)紅色大衣，有著(zhù)雪白胡須，紅紅臉膛，慈祥的圣誕老人，趕著(zhù)馴鹿，拉著(zhù)裝滿(mǎn)玩具的和禮物的雪橇挨家挨戶(hù)給每個(gè)孩子帶來(lái)禮物。他們相信這個(gè)快樂(lè )老精靈在夜里會(huì )從大煙囪下來(lái)，給他們帶來(lái)滿(mǎn)襪子的禮物。
