　　二、多參加一些社會(huì )實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。在學(xué)習之余，我們不能每天都在家里看電視，要多走出家門(mén)，參加一些有意義的社會(huì )實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。

　　三、閱讀一些有益的書(shū)籍。長(cháng)約兩個(gè)月的寒假，我們不能只想著(zhù)玩耍，還要多讀一些好書(shū)，開(kāi)闊我們的眼界。真正做到“敏而好學(xué)，不恥下問(wèn)”。

　　2.游戲. 當然也不能學(xué)習太久，要有適當的時(shí)間游戲，放松身心。我要做到學(xué)一會(huì )兒，玩一會(huì )，每天游戲的時(shí)間不超過(guò)2小時(shí)。

　　3.睡眠. 據專(zhuān)家統計，全國三分之二的中小學(xué)生睡眠時(shí)間不達標。 23.5%的中小學(xué)生晚上難入睡。調查顯示，小學(xué)生中每天睡足10小時(shí)及以上的為33.4%，初中生每天能睡足9個(gè)小時(shí)及以上的共有22.9%。教育部對中小生睡眠時(shí)間曾經(jīng)有明確的規定：小學(xué)生的睡眠時(shí)間應該要超過(guò)9個(gè)小時(shí)，初中生應該達到9個(gè)小時(shí)，高中生的睡眠時(shí)間要達到8個(gè)小時(shí)，按照這樣的規定，我國約有2/3的小學(xué)生和3/4的初中生睡眠時(shí)間嚴重不足。因此，我要晚上8：00入睡，早上6:00起床。
