　　Nowadays ,developing countries are playing an increasingly important role in the international community.China, along with other developing countries has actively engaged in multipolarizing of world political patterns, democratizing international relations, establishing new international order of justice and fairness, boosting world economy and settling global issues. Being a member of family of developing countries,China attaches significant importance to traditional friendship and bilateral relations with other developing countries.To strengthen cooperation and nurture the talent for them in the field of human resources,we have run “Master of Public Administration Program for Developing Countries ” since and has received wide praise and recognition.

　　In addition to that program ,the ministry of Education and Ministry of Commerce have decided to launch “Master of Education program for developing countries” in 20xx.The first session of this program is specifically designed for developing countries in Africa with the aim to help these nation to train intermediate and high senior educational administrators.

　　Nowadays ,development is top priority for each country.Education is the foundation stone of a nation`s revitalizaton and social

　　development ,playing an essential role in social and economic development. the recently released “China`s National Plan for Medium and Long—term educational reform and development” lays out the direction of Chinese Education for the next ten years, demonstrating Chinese government`s resoluation in building China into strong country of human resources .Being educational administrators from different countries and different institutes with great potential leadership,each of you must have you own perspective and insights into education.In this sense,this program provides us with a fascinating opportunity to share among us these valuable experience.

　　East China Normal University is a both nationally and internationally recognized comprehensive research university in China,particularly renowned for its excellence in teacher-training.It has nurtured numerous competent teachers and disdinguished educators.I am pretty confident that with the substantial support of ECNU,this program is absolutely going to be a huge success.

　　My topic is Honesty. As a correspondent of the Qingdao Morning News, I visited Dr. James Gilman, the President of the International Committee for Marco Polo Studies in England. In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story.chuzhongchusan?65 years ago, James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old.

　　He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure. In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth.

　　He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20_, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.

　　When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error. Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. I would like to say to all of my friends: Let’s be honest people of good moral character.

　　x縣是x市屬大縣，位居x東大門(mén)，處于皖中腹地，東望南京，南濱巢湖，史稱(chēng)“吳楚要沖、包公故里”。近年來(lái)，我縣堅持以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀(guān)為統攬，牢固樹(shù)立“發(fā)展為上、投資為本、工業(yè)為首、招商為要、環(huán)境為先”的理念，加速工業(yè)化、城市化、農業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)程，走出了一條科學(xué)發(fā)展、和諧發(fā)展、快速發(fā)展之路。自XX年以來(lái)，已連續7年躋身全省縣域經(jīng)濟“綜合十強縣”，連續兩屆榮膺“安徽投資環(huán)境十佳縣”，并被評為全省“科學(xué)發(fā)展先進(jìn)縣一類(lèi)縣” 和x三縣中唯一的“中國最具區域帶動(dòng)力中小城市百強”。在第九屆全國縣域經(jīng)濟基本競爭力評價(jià)中位列第189位,在中部百強縣中位列第28位。特別是20xx年，面對宏觀(guān)環(huán)境的嚴峻考驗，我們緊緊圍繞“保增長(cháng)、保民生、保穩定”這條主線(xiàn)，鼓足干勁，迎難而上，繼續保持和鞏固了經(jīng)濟社會(huì )又好又快發(fā)展的良好勢頭。初步預測，全年實(shí)現地區生產(chǎn)總值168億元，比上年增長(cháng)17%;財政收入14億元，增長(cháng)19.6%;全社會(huì )固定資產(chǎn)投資175億元，增長(cháng)45.5%;社會(huì )消費品零售總額34.4億元，增長(cháng)21.1%;農民人均純收入6132元，增長(cháng)14%。

　　我縣在實(shí)現經(jīng)濟社會(huì )又好又快發(fā)展的同時(shí)，高度重視達到65家，初步形成了食品加工、飼料加工、糧油加工、畜禽加工等四大產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。形成了10多個(gè)國內知曉、省內知名的農產(chǎn)品品牌。其中“真心”牌瓜子、“鴻匯”牌蜂蜜、“燕之坊”牌粗糧等被評為“中國馳名商標”、“中國名牌農產(chǎn)品”、“安徽省名牌產(chǎn)品”。x農業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化大步向前，衍生出獨具特色的“x模式”，并摘得了“全國農產(chǎn)品加工創(chuàng )業(yè)基地”的桂冠。

　　這次由x市商務(wù)局、x縣人民政府主辦的x徽商城農產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場(chǎng)有限公司承辦的農產(chǎn)品展銷(xiāo)會(huì )暨年貨采購會(huì )，是x縣委、縣政府為x縣農產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓市場(chǎng)搭建的大平臺，是農業(yè)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)展示加工水平的大擂臺和集合農產(chǎn)品加工信息的大舞臺，對加快x縣域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有重要意義。我們將借本次農產(chǎn)品展銷(xiāo)會(huì )暨年貨采購會(huì )的強勁東風(fēng)，繼續延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條、完善產(chǎn)業(yè)配套、壯大產(chǎn)業(yè)規模，不斷加快“全國農產(chǎn)品加工創(chuàng )業(yè)基地”建設，為由農業(yè)大縣到農業(yè)強縣的跨越做出不懈的努力。
