　　通過(guò)前一段時(shí)間的調研，看到在我們中小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教師在各自學(xué)段的教學(xué)中，還存在著(zhù)一些問(wèn)題，而這些問(wèn)題是可以在我們的能力范圍內得到解決的。我想談三點(diǎn)注意事項。

　　1.給小學(xué)教師：小學(xué)應盡快改變英語(yǔ)教學(xué)發(fā)展極不均衡的狀況，（11年五年級畢業(yè)考試成績(jì)，學(xué)情相近的顧鄉片最高和最低的平均分相差26分，）全體教師都應該提高責任意識，而不僅僅是一部分學(xué)校和一部分教師，全體教師都要學(xué)習地段小學(xué)的做法，克服困難，研究教學(xué)方法，特別是要幫助中差生培養英語(yǔ)學(xué)習的興趣，解決英語(yǔ)學(xué)習的困難。在小學(xué)階段，幫助中差生比成績(jì)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生更為重要。爭取讓所有的小學(xué)生帶著(zhù)對英語(yǔ)學(xué)生的熱愛(ài)和自信，以及格以上的成績(jì)升入初中。郊區爭取三年內達到這個(gè)目標。

　　2.給中學(xué)教師：中學(xué)教師應該更全面地更深入地了解小學(xué)的教學(xué)情況，包括熟悉小學(xué)的全部的教學(xué)內容，在此基礎上才能有的放矢地高效地教學(xué)。

　　11年9月，全區初一的摸底成績(jì)平均分是65分，學(xué)生應該從65分的基礎上學(xué)習，而不是從零起點(diǎn)學(xué)起。目前只有部分學(xué)校、教師做了此項工作，他們認真研究學(xué)生現狀，提高學(xué)生整體成績(jì)，減少兩級分化。還有的中學(xué)教師參加小學(xué)的教研活動(dòng)，例如，57中這學(xué)期選派了業(yè)務(wù)非常出色的骨干教師到英語(yǔ)教師數量不足的愛(ài)國小學(xué)進(jìn)行支援，這位老師虛心的參加小學(xué)的教研活動(dòng)，了解小學(xué)的教學(xué)要求。

　　但還有相當一部分學(xué)校的教師還沒(méi)有認真的研究，或研究的還不夠細致。如，我去年11月中旬，聽(tīng)了三所學(xué)校6位教師的同一節課，其中兩個(gè)a組學(xué)校，他們的學(xué)生入學(xué)平均成績(jì)都在70分以上，教師授課內容是七單元"my house"第一課時(shí)，"warm up"中學(xué)習5個(gè)房間的名稱(chēng)詞和4個(gè)表示方位的介詞，這部分內容在小學(xué)也是重點(diǎn)，小學(xué)的四會(huì )生詞表中已包含了其中的4個(gè)房間名稱(chēng)和三個(gè)介詞，但所有的6位教師無(wú)一例外地對這九個(gè)單詞全部平均分配了學(xué)習時(shí)間，沒(méi)有關(guān)注哪些是學(xué)生已知的內容，造成了嚴重的浪費。此外學(xué)生小學(xué)還學(xué)了diningroom,但無(wú)一名教師給學(xué)生機會(huì )說(shuō)出已知的詞匯。學(xué)生在小學(xué)比較熟知的方位介詞"next to, behind, near"也只有三位教師涉及。很顯然，這樣的教學(xué)沒(méi)有充分地考慮到學(xué)生的已有知識基礎。

　　隨著(zhù)小學(xué)教師的數量的補充，統考要求的落實(shí)，相信我們區大部分小學(xué)的英語(yǔ)的教學(xué)質(zhì)量是會(huì )穩步提高的，因此中學(xué)老師為做好銜接的必修課是了解小學(xué)生的已有知識基礎。途徑很簡(jiǎn)單，我們的教研博客中足夠的資料可以閱讀和下載。也懇請各位中學(xué)的教研組長(cháng)在指導20xx年的初一教學(xué)時(shí)能夠提醒老師們不要再犯這類(lèi)的錯誤。

　　3.對全體教師：必須明確中小銜接中對語(yǔ)音與詞匯的要求，小學(xué)不進(jìn)行音標教學(xué)，沒(méi)時(shí)間也沒(méi)必要，規則的單詞按照發(fā)音規則可以直呼的，不規則的單詞在小學(xué)通過(guò)聽(tīng)音模仿學(xué)習。小學(xué)教師必須從字母教學(xué)開(kāi)始就滲透讀音規則，詞匯拼讀方法的指導上，教師必須指導到位，訓練到位，不僅為中學(xué)，更為學(xué)生的終生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)家奠定基礎。

　　初一的音標教學(xué)要在對小學(xué)詞匯的發(fā)音規則的總結基礎上進(jìn)行，音標是認讀不規則單詞的工具，能用音標拼讀即可，不需要在音標教學(xué)上花費過(guò)多的時(shí)間，注意提高教學(xué)的效率。對于規則的詞還應該延續小學(xué)的直呼法，簡(jiǎn)單、省時(shí)、實(shí)用、高效。

　　如何完成從小學(xué)英語(yǔ)到初中英語(yǔ)的過(guò)渡

　　首先感謝各位領(lǐng)導為我們搭建這個(gè)平臺，感謝區教研室對六年級英語(yǔ)教師的耐心指導和悉心幫助，使我們有機會(huì )對小學(xué)英語(yǔ)到初中英語(yǔ)的過(guò)渡問(wèn)題進(jìn)行交流。

　　剛邁入初中校門(mén)的學(xué)生，英語(yǔ)學(xué)習面臨著(zhù)從注重聽(tīng)說(shuō)訓練到培養學(xué)生聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)四項技能的過(guò)渡。因此，初中起始階段的英語(yǔ)教師既要注重知識上的梳理，歸類(lèi)，做好過(guò)渡與銜接；又要關(guān)注學(xué)生能力的培養。這就要求教師了解小、初中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)要求的差異，熟悉小、初中教材的內容，然后根據剛升入初中學(xué)生的心理和思維特點(diǎn)，制定相應的教學(xué)目標，采取切實(shí)可行的教學(xué)方法，充分發(fā)揮教師在教學(xué)中的主導作用和學(xué)生作為教學(xué)主體的能動(dòng)性，幫助學(xué)生實(shí)現小初中的自然銜接和平穩過(guò)渡。由于各方面原因小學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習水平參差不齊，這給我們的教學(xué)增加了難度。因此，幫助學(xué)生邁好中學(xué)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習的第一步尤為關(guān)鍵。在這里，我把我校日常積累的點(diǎn)滴做法和大家分享。

　　一、熟悉中小學(xué)英語(yǔ)教材，以便融會(huì )貫通，

　　新教材為中小學(xué)教學(xué)內容的銜接提供了有利的條件。新教材不僅更加貼近生活，而且涉及了學(xué)生所關(guān)心的話(huà)題，如，愛(ài)好、交友、運動(dòng)、健康、動(dòng)物等，拉近了學(xué)生與課本的距離。為了做好銜接，我們可相互了解教材并進(jìn)行認真的研讀.找出連接緊密的知識、能力要求，并在此基礎上制定出教學(xué)計劃，以此為切入點(diǎn)，把負擔留給自己，將輕松還給學(xué)生。

　　在每屆初一新生入學(xué)后，除了對小學(xué)學(xué)習的教材通讀外，我們還對學(xué)生的學(xué)情進(jìn)行分析，根據摸底測試的情況，進(jìn)行集體備課，制定出一套切實(shí)可行的方案。這屆初一，我們在正式上課前，在復習小學(xué)的拼讀規則的基礎上，進(jìn)行了音標教學(xué)，并對小學(xué)《eec》教材中應掌握的常見(jiàn)詞匯、詞類(lèi)、句式、名詞復數的變化、動(dòng)詞的單三以及句子的結構和成分都做了比較系統的整理，幫助學(xué)生建立語(yǔ)法的概念。讓小學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習從感性認識過(guò)渡到更多的理性學(xué)習，為下一步的教學(xué)打下了堅實(shí)的基礎，也幫大部分學(xué)生完成了從小學(xué)到初中的初級過(guò)渡。

　　二、為學(xué)生創(chuàng )設真實(shí)的語(yǔ)言環(huán)境，充分調動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性

　　小學(xué)生進(jìn)入中學(xué)后，面臨著(zhù)一個(gè)全新的環(huán)境。很多學(xué)生會(huì )對新教師的教學(xué)方法、板書(shū)、講課時(shí)的聲音、言談舉止等不適應。我們可以保留好的小學(xué)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習的習慣。例如，積極舉手發(fā)言；學(xué)唱英語(yǔ)歌；做英語(yǔ)游戲；誦讀英語(yǔ)歌謠的習慣等。充分調動(dòng)他們的.積極性，使課堂氣氛生動(dòng)有趣。雖然我們的教學(xué)內容比較緊，但也不能急于求成。

　　同時(shí)，我們還結合我校開(kāi)展的"自主-互動(dòng)"教學(xué)模式、學(xué)生自主學(xué)習能力的培養、課前"精彩五分鐘"演講等具體做法，來(lái)培養學(xué)生的能力。學(xué)生可結合教材內容、實(shí)際生活、社會(huì )環(huán)境等，選擇不同話(huà)題作為演講材料。這樣既關(guān)注了學(xué)生的學(xué)習興趣，又加強了對英語(yǔ)國家背景文化的了解。同時(shí)促進(jìn)了學(xué)生對相關(guān)話(huà)題素材的積累，為進(jìn)一步的寫(xiě)作訓練做好了鋪墊。

　　另外，我們時(shí)刻注意創(chuàng )設、營(yíng)造真實(shí)的語(yǔ)言氛圍。如：在教室的墻壁上，張貼字母表、音標表；課程表可以用英語(yǔ)的形式表現；定期用英語(yǔ)出板報；每天學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)作值日生報告，在墻壁上懸掛一些用英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)的勵志條幅，如："never do things by halves." "where there is a will, there is a way."等。教師還可以給每個(gè)學(xué)生都起個(gè)英文名字。在課堂上，教師盡可能用英語(yǔ)講授，并鼓勵和引導學(xué)生大膽說(shuō)、反復練。環(huán)境的熏陶加上課堂上的大膽操練，不僅能提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習興趣，而且能提高學(xué)生聽(tīng)說(shuō)的能力，為進(jìn)一步學(xué)好英語(yǔ)，打好基礎。此外，根據初一學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)，我們就可以用一些游戲來(lái)吸引他們的參與，將枯燥的講解變成生動(dòng)活潑的情景體驗。如：在詞匯教學(xué)中，為幫助學(xué)生熟記所學(xué)單詞的拼寫(xiě)，不斷增加詞匯量，并能區別詞類(lèi)，我們常用一些拼詞和猜詞游戲。如：在學(xué)習"families"這一單元時(shí)，我要求學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)介紹自己的家人，并讓學(xué)生準備照片、道具，惟妙惟肖用英語(yǔ)表演小品展示給大家。除此之外，我們還舉辦了一些第二課堂活動(dòng)來(lái)調動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性。如：誦讀比賽，單詞競賽，交際應用，課本劇表演。

　　三、在常規教學(xué)中，關(guān)注課堂實(shí)效，全面培養學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言能力

　　小升初之后，我們遵循新課標，要創(chuàng )造性地設計教學(xué)內容，吸引學(xué)生參與，使學(xué)生通過(guò)思考、調查、討論、交流和合作等方式，學(xué)習和使用英語(yǔ)。在小學(xué)階段，學(xué)生的學(xué)習技能的養成以模仿為主，注重一些感性的認識。學(xué)生進(jìn)入初中后，教師應當設法使學(xué)生的語(yǔ)言積累、語(yǔ)言的擴展和使用轉化為以聽(tīng)說(shuō)為主，逐步向視、聽(tīng)、說(shuō)領(lǐng)先，讀寫(xiě)及時(shí)跟上轉化；從簡(jiǎn)單英語(yǔ)學(xué)習向內容較復雜的英語(yǔ)轉化；也就是對學(xué)生學(xué)習英語(yǔ)的要求發(fā)生了變化。例如：對語(yǔ)言的運用要求、對語(yǔ)法的要求、對寫(xiě)作的要求以及對英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言文化背景、相關(guān)素養的要求都發(fā)生了變化。具體總結如下：

　　1、將聽(tīng)說(shuō)與讀寫(xiě)有機結合。

　　小學(xué)對聽(tīng)說(shuō)訓練比較注重，所以我們在第一課時(shí)訓練聽(tīng)力的基礎上，將聽(tīng)力材料變成聽(tīng)寫(xiě)的形式或閃詞填空，這樣既鍛煉了學(xué)生的聽(tīng)力，又使學(xué)生養成了動(dòng)筆的習慣。課堂上，將每課書(shū)中出現的詞組適時(shí)歸納，并讓學(xué)生熟練背誦、默寫(xiě)直至掌握，能夠應用造句，達到活學(xué)活用的目的。另外，教會(huì )學(xué)生記筆記，教師的講課思維都總結在筆記本上，有利于學(xué)生復習及記憶。

　　2.培養學(xué)生的語(yǔ)篇閱讀能力。

　　閱讀可以促進(jìn)詞匯量的擴展，是英語(yǔ)學(xué)習最有效的一種方法。通過(guò)閱讀可以培養學(xué)生的語(yǔ)感，語(yǔ)感對于提高學(xué)生聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)有著(zhù)積極的作用，這是學(xué)好英語(yǔ)的關(guān)鍵。所以閱讀訓練在學(xué)習英語(yǔ)過(guò)程中顯得尤為重要，而且閱讀能力也是中考當中的重點(diǎn)考察內容。首先對教材的處理上，應以學(xué)生為主體，先做背景介紹，進(jìn)行速讀訓練，然后進(jìn)行細讀，教師設疑由淺入深，寫(xiě)作指導可以在閱讀后進(jìn)行。同時(shí)教會(huì )學(xué)生朗讀并模仿錄音，有利于學(xué)生英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)感的形成。課后的閱讀訓練中，閱讀技巧的傳授是必不可少的，一天一篇閱讀、限時(shí)閱讀、找關(guān)鍵詞，歸納語(yǔ)段，等等。讓學(xué)生掌握正確的閱讀方法和技巧，養成良好的閱讀習慣，就一定能提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)理解水平。

　　3，逐步培養學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作能力

　　如果說(shuō)閱讀是一個(gè)語(yǔ)言輸入的過(guò)程，那么寫(xiě)作就是語(yǔ)言輸出的過(guò)程。近幾年來(lái)，書(shū)面表達在中、高考試卷中所占的分值越來(lái)越大，我們意識到了英語(yǔ)書(shū)面表達的重要性，在日常教學(xué)中加強了對學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作指導。小學(xué)教學(xué)中沒(méi)有寫(xiě)作文的要求。因此，必須從初一學(xué)年打好寫(xiě)作基礎。初一學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作是一個(gè)非常棘手的問(wèn)題，學(xué)生往往出現很多語(yǔ)法錯誤或漢語(yǔ)式的英語(yǔ)寫(xiě)作。我們在備課時(shí)也注重此方面的能力訓練，我們要求學(xué)生準備一個(gè)作文本，首先從單句練起，將句子熟讀熟背，進(jìn)行仿寫(xiě)或替換。我覺(jué)得對初一學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)，給一些提示詞或圖片進(jìn)行寫(xiě)句子的訓練很有必要。它既是對語(yǔ)法及重點(diǎn)詞語(yǔ)的再現，又讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì )靈活運用所學(xué)知識。剛上初一時(shí)我每天都給學(xué)生布置寫(xiě)句子的訓練，并將他們的錯誤呈現黑板，讓學(xué)生修改引起注意，逐漸又引導他們在背誦課文的基礎上進(jìn)行仿寫(xiě)，或讓學(xué)生記下一些美文進(jìn)行誦讀，有必要時(shí)將好的詞句摘抄并要求背誦，作文有選擇性地進(jìn)行面批，學(xué)生之間互批，有針對性地講解，久而久之，孩子的寫(xiě)作能力自然就提高了。初四畢業(yè)再翻看學(xué)生的寫(xiě)作本，猶如見(jiàn)證了一個(gè)人的成長(cháng)經(jīng)歷，那種收獲是難以言表的。

　　4.分級管理、加強輔導與反饋

　　想當好一名英語(yǔ)教師必須懂得付出。我們英語(yǔ)的教學(xué)比較瑣碎，每天都有許多背誦的內容，有時(shí)很難讓每個(gè)學(xué)生都能夠掌握。我們充分調動(dòng)學(xué)生的積極性，以老師監控，學(xué)生管理學(xué)生的方式相互促進(jìn)。如，每組選出一個(gè)負責人，每?jì)勺溃ㄋ娜耍┰O一名小組長(cháng)，協(xié)助教師做好每天的小測及考察背課文工作，效果比較明顯

　　5、教會(huì )學(xué)生審題，做題。

　　學(xué)生在小學(xué)階段做題量較少，相對中學(xué)的試題也較簡(jiǎn)單，因此學(xué)生審題能力較弱�；�于這種原因，我們由淺入深地設計了適合初一學(xué)生特點(diǎn)，難易適度的課堂測驗小卷，及時(shí)反饋當堂課所學(xué)的內容。再進(jìn)行二次備課，歸納出重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)，將易錯點(diǎn)、考點(diǎn)進(jìn)一步篩選，時(shí)刻掌握學(xué)生學(xué)習動(dòng)態(tài)，幫助學(xué)生做好知識的鞏固與梳理，所訓練內容與中考接軌。

　　四、永遠給學(xué)生以信心

　　"成功教育""賞識教育"能增添學(xué)生的自信感和成功感。多給學(xué)生表?yè)P，及時(shí)鼓勵學(xué)生的成功，使學(xué)生保持學(xué)習的熱情；盡量讓每個(gè)學(xué)生每堂課都有發(fā)言的機會(huì )。學(xué)習困難的學(xué)生最害怕考試，為了幫助他們克服害怕考試的心理，可根據學(xué)生的實(shí)際程度，制定出不同的層次要求。根據學(xué)生的個(gè)體差異，對學(xué)生的學(xué)習評價(jià)實(shí)行"同分不等值"，多角度、多方位、多層面、多形式進(jìn)行分層評價(jià)。比如在考試中我們設立了標兵獎、進(jìn)步獎、最佳書(shū)寫(xiě)獎、組內最佳合作獎等，以鼓勵不同層次的孩子。結合第二課堂活動(dòng)及初一孩子的特點(diǎn)，我們舉辦了單詞競賽，英語(yǔ)課文誦讀比賽，小作文寫(xiě)作競賽等活動(dòng)。鼓勵各個(gè)層次的學(xué)生參與，使他們各有不同收獲，體驗成功的快樂(lè )。

New roads，new subway lines，public-exercising equipments with beautiful colors，large blocks of grass fields，and also lots of modern gyms which are under construction.

　　Other than those，there are even more good effects brought to us by the Olympic Games that cannot be seen directly. For example，more and more people will get to know China. I’m sure the mysterious Chinese culture will attract them strongly。 And the games will also do good to the economy and environment，for it is gaining the attention of foreign investors and the awareness of environmental protection is being strengthened. What is more，Olympic Games give a unique opportunity to inspire and educate a new generation of Chinese youth with the Olympic values and the Olympic spirit。 Now that we have seen so many advances，could you even imagine us losing the holding rights?
