辭職申請書(shū)格式

　　1、格式上與一般辭職報告一樣，通常寫(xiě)給單位最高負責人。

　　第一段先寫(xiě)自己在單位的職務(wù)，簡(jiǎn)況;

　　第二段寫(xiě)辭職的主要原因;

　　第三段表示遺憾和感謝，并表示以后有機會(huì )還會(huì )合作;

　　最后表示自己手頭的工作已完成可交接。

　　2、語(yǔ)氣要平和，不要抱怨和不滿(mǎn)，給將來(lái)合作留有余地。

　　3、辭職申請書(shū)最好打印，用a4規格，親自簽名，提早一周親自遞給領(lǐng)導并面談。
