很遺憾我今天是來(lái)遞交辭職報告，在我做出這個(gè)決定之前我思考了好長(cháng)時(shí)間，再加上最近找了份新的工作。我權衡了現在的工作和新工作的利弊，最終我還是選擇離開(kāi)。離開(kāi)的原因是因為我對現在所從事的行業(yè)已經(jīng)逐漸失去激情，再也無(wú)法像當初剛進(jìn)×××公司那樣，昂揚的斗志，富有激情的加班加點(diǎn)的工作，再加上公司對待員工有一些方面不是很合理，比如加班沒(méi)有工資，無(wú)法享受?chē)曳ǘü澕偃盏�。我覺(jué)得做為it從業(yè)人員需要更加飽滿(mǎn)的精神來(lái)工作，而不是每天高強度的工作，使得工作效率比較低。
最后，祝×××公司蒸蒸日上，在it行業(yè)更上一層樓。
希望領(lǐng)導能夠批準我的辭職。
