十六世紀起，大航海時(shí)代到來(lái)，全球一體化開(kāi)始。伴隨著(zhù)海上貿易、跨洋移民、物種傳遞和文化傳播，中華文明與西方文明的交流與碰撞日趨頻繁，環(huán)太平洋周邊地域的聯(lián)系日益緊密。此為中國海洋史之劇變，亦是環(huán)太平洋世界演進(jìn)之新篇。與其說(shuō)陸以洋分，毋寧說(shuō)陸以洋合。在全球史視野下，近五百年間，多元、開(kāi)放、包容、進(jìn)取的海洋文明所產(chǎn)生的巨量文本與圖像足可供今人探索與反思。

As one of the oldest disciplines, history had undergone a tremendous transition during the last century, resulting in a blending boom of traditional subjects and countless new perspectives. The beginning of a new century urges the new generation of history scholars to optimize the traditional methods, fields, perspectives and materials of history. Contributing as a leading role, Tsinghua University’s Department of History had witnessed the establishment of major milestones of history in the last century. Since 20xx, we have successfully held two international conferences on history. While the 100th anniversary of Tsinghua opens a new page for the university, the Department of History hereby announces the open of The Third International Academic Conference on History from November 23rd to 24th in 20xx, themed “The Reflection and Outlook of History”. Young scholars from all over the world are warmly welcomed to participate，to share and to progress together.
This conference mainly focuses on doctoral studies. Outstanding works by postgraduate and undergraduate students are also welcomed. Papers that represent any scientific endeavor that addresses itself to any history related issues are welcomed. An abstract less than 1,000 words together with a brief introduction less than 300 words of the author shall be received by June 1st, 20xx via email to: thuhistory@163.com. Results of the review process will be notified by June 20th, 20xx at the latest. Paper invitation will be sent to accepted speakers subsequently. In addition, all presented papers will be included by CNKI. Full papers of no more than 20,000 words must be submitted by September 30th, 20xx. The intention is to publish a collected edition of papers from the event. The conference will take place in Tsinghua University, Beijing and free accommodation will be provided for the participants who come to Beijing from other cities and areas. (一)會(huì )議邀請函的含義
會(huì )議邀請函是專(zhuān)門(mén)用于邀請特定單位或人士參加會(huì )議，具有禮儀和告知雙重作用的會(huì )議文書(shū)。
邀請函用于會(huì )議活動(dòng)時(shí)，與會(huì )議通知的不同之處在于：邀請函主要用于橫向性的會(huì )議活動(dòng)，發(fā)送對象是不受本機關(guān)職權所制約的單位和個(gè)人，也不屬于本組織的成員，一般不具有法定的與會(huì )權利或義務(wù)，是否參加會(huì )議由對象自行決定。舉行學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì )、咨詢(xún)論證會(huì )、技術(shù)鑒定會(huì )、貿易洽談會(huì )、產(chǎn)品發(fā)布會(huì )產(chǎn)等，以發(fā)邀請函為宜。而會(huì )議通知則用于具有縱向關(guān)系(即主辦方與參會(huì )者存在隸屬關(guān)系或工作上的管理關(guān)系)性質(zhì)的會(huì )議，或者與會(huì )者本身具有參會(huì )的法定權利和義務(wù)的會(huì )議，如人民代表大會(huì )、董事會(huì )議等。對于這些會(huì )議的對象來(lái)說(shuō)，參加會(huì )議是一種責任，因此只能發(fā)會(huì )議通知，不能用邀請函。學(xué)術(shù)性團體舉行年會(huì )或專(zhuān)題研討會(huì )時(shí)，要區別成員與非成員。對于團體成員應當發(fā)會(huì )議通知，而邀請非團體成員參加則應當用邀請函。
(二)會(huì )議邀請函的基本內容
會(huì )議邀請函的基本內容與會(huì )議通知一致，包括會(huì )議的背景、目的和名稱(chēng);主辦單位和組織機構;會(huì )議內容和形式;參加對象;會(huì )議的時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)、聯(lián)絡(luò )方式以及其他需要說(shuō)明的事項。
(三)會(huì )議邀請函的結構與寫(xiě)法
1.標題。由會(huì )議名稱(chēng)和“邀請函(書(shū))”組成，一般可不寫(xiě)主辦機關(guān)名稱(chēng)和“關(guān)于舉辦”的字樣，如：《亞太城市信息化高級論壇邀請函》�！把埡比质峭暾奈姆N名稱(chēng)，與公文中的“函”是兩種不同的文種，因此不宜拆開(kāi)寫(xiě)成“關(guān)于邀請出席××會(huì )議的函”
2.稱(chēng)呼。邀請函的發(fā)送對象有三類(lèi)情況：
(1)發(fā)送到單位的邀請函，應當寫(xiě)單位名稱(chēng)。由于邀請函是一種禮儀性文書(shū)，稱(chēng)呼中要用單稱(chēng)的寫(xiě)法，不宜用泛稱(chēng)(統稱(chēng))，以示禮貌和尊重。
(2)邀請函直接發(fā)給個(gè)人的，應當寫(xiě)個(gè)人姓名，前冠“尊敬的”敬語(yǔ)詞，后綴“先生”、“女士”、“同志”等。
(3)網(wǎng)上或報刊上公開(kāi)發(fā)布的邀請函，由于對象不確定，可省略稱(chēng)呼，或以“敬啟者”統稱(chēng)。
3.正文。正文應逐項載明具體內容。開(kāi)頭部分寫(xiě)明舉辦會(huì )議的背景和目的，用“特邀請您出席(列席)”照應稱(chēng)呼，再用過(guò)渡句轉入下文;主體部分可采用序號加小標題的形式寫(xiě)明具體事項;最后寫(xiě)明聯(lián)系聯(lián)絡(luò )信息和聯(lián)絡(luò )方式。結尾處也可寫(xiě)“此致”，再換行頂格寫(xiě)“敬禮”，亦可省略。
4.落款。因邀請函的標題一般不標注主辦單位名稱(chēng)，因此落款處應當署主辦單位名稱(chēng)并蓋章。
5.成文時(shí)間。寫(xiě)明具體的年、月、日。

錢(qián)學(xué)森院士高屋建瓴，提出了"人體科學(xué)"的科學(xué)理論體系。并詳盡闡述人體科學(xué)體系的內容、研究方法及非凡意義。帶領(lǐng)中華大地有志探索者，進(jìn)行了相當大規模的艱苦卓絕的研究。

會(huì )務(wù)費，每個(gè)分會(huì )場(chǎng)國內每人人民幣200元(包括論文打印費、會(huì )議資料費，兩天的午餐費)，國外300美元。食宿旅費自理。
