1. Check headquarters sales order like seles price, the product content, the production specification and so on, then writes PI, then write PO according to each factory the production situation , and then pass on relative colleague follow up this order and coordinat each department track each order.
2. Using the network search corresponding factory, inquiry and filing.
3. Help the headquarters to carry on the cost analysis

Ues some netword such as alibaba and made-in-china or take part in guangzhou conton fair and others oversea fair to search customer, then send quotation and cotalog to customer. If the customer confirm the order, we will write the production plan to factory. After the goods will be finsh, we will inform customer's shipping agent or use our own shipping agent to arrange cargo,declare and do some doc, such as PL,CI,CO,FORM A, export invoice and so on. Finally, we will follow the container till our customer take their goods.

Duty on department manager's day-to-day business.For example,make daily report,weekly report,month report,update the company's brief introduction and QC organization and all the document in QC dept,booking air ticket and hotel for the customer, and some customer service.
Because I can familiar with containet production flow,translate glossary,give some basic besiness reply to the customer,so both manager and customer have a wonderful impression.
