　　2xx-x年2月8日至4月8日，我在珠海市香洲區前山中學(xué)實(shí)習，這是一所省一級學(xué)校，環(huán)境優(yōu)美，設施完備，師資力量雄厚�；氐侥感�實(shí)習，雖然面對熟悉的環(huán)境，熟悉的老師，但是學(xué)校還是發(fā)生了很大的變化，所以我還是得花一定時(shí)間和精力去適應。因此在實(shí)習中，我采用了看、問(wèn)等方式，對前山中學(xué)的日常教學(xué)管理工作的開(kāi)展有了一定的了解�；仡櫸业膶�(shí)習生活，感觸是很深的，收獲是豐碩的，以下，是我的自我鑒定，也算工作總結。

　　在這一個(gè)月里面，我教的是高二，帶的是高二(6)班。我在高二(1)班、高二(5)、高二(6)班一共上了9節語(yǔ)文課。講過(guò)作文指導課——謳歌親情，學(xué)習寫(xiě)得充實(shí)，講過(guò)張若虛的《春江花月夜》，講過(guò)杜甫的《登岳陽(yáng)樓》。我還代過(guò)李書(shū)記上了兩節德美課——演講與口才，我定一個(gè)演講題目，讓他們即興演講，然后我針對他們的演講情況作總結，并響應他們的要求給他們作演講示范。我更代過(guò)化學(xué)老師馬老師上過(guò)2節化學(xué)選修2，他們在做練習題，我盯著(zhù)，并維持紀律。上過(guò)兩節高二(6)班的班會(huì )課，一節是主題為“向往大學(xué)”的主題班會(huì )，另一節是傷感的告別班會(huì )。我更上了很多節自習課(星期一、二、三、四第九節)，主要任務(wù)是維持紀律和輔導學(xué)生。指導老師陸老師和級長(cháng)張老師都教給我好多東西，真的很感謝他們。

　　作為實(shí)習班主任，帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生參加鍛煉，帶領(lǐng)該班學(xué)生早讀、課間操時(shí)維持秩序，做了幾名后進(jìn)生的細致的思想工作，籌辦了“向往大學(xué)”主題班會(huì )。主題班會(huì )的舉辦非常成功，引起了學(xué)生對大學(xué)的強烈向往，讓他們找到奮斗目標，重拾信心面對高考，并讓他們知道，高考并不可怕，它只是一次選拔考試，所以應該以平常心對待。我還傳授了一些文科生的復習經(jīng)驗、心得給他們，讓他們梗深入地了解高考。

　　在整個(gè)實(shí)習期間，我本著(zhù)對學(xué)生負責的態(tài)度盡全力做好每一件事情，因而得到同學(xué)們的喜愛(ài)和肯定，他們不僅是我的學(xué)生，更是我的知心朋友。每次上完課，學(xué)生都會(huì )給我提很多寶貴意見(jiàn)，并且會(huì )鼓勵我再努力，不斷取得進(jìn)步。

　　大家都說(shuō)現在的學(xué)生越來(lái)越難教，做老師的成就感越來(lái)越少。我覺(jué)得不然，我相信每個(gè)學(xué)生心中都住著(zhù)一個(gè)天使，這個(gè)天使就是我們教育學(xué)生的最佳助手，只要充分利用這個(gè)助手，就根本不存在教不好的學(xué)生。
