附:推薦信格式
推薦信一般由標題、稱(chēng)呼、正文和落款四部分組成。
(一)標題
推薦信的標題一般由文種名構成，即在第一行正中寫(xiě)上“推薦信”三個(gè)字。有的推薦信由于寫(xiě)推薦信同收推薦信雙方關(guān)系較熟則可以不要標題。
(二)稱(chēng)呼
推薦信要在第二行頂格寫(xiě)上收信方領(lǐng)導的姓名和稱(chēng)呼或只寫(xiě)對方領(lǐng)導的職務(wù)，如“尊敬的××局局長(cháng)：”。
如果推薦人同收推薦信的人是熟人朋友，則也可以用常見(jiàn)的私人信件一樣的稱(chēng)呼，如“英華兄：”
(三)正文
推薦信的正文可以概括為開(kāi)頭、中段和結尾三部分構成。
1.開(kāi)頭
推薦信的開(kāi)頭既可以先問(wèn)候一下對方，略敘思念之情，也可以開(kāi)門(mén)見(jiàn)山直說(shuō)其事，這要視你和對方的關(guān)系而定。假如你和對方見(jiàn)面較多，關(guān)系也較為密切，就無(wú)須太多的客套話(huà)了。要在開(kāi)頭介紹自己(或推薦人)的身份，以及自己同被推薦人之間的關(guān)系。同時(shí)說(shuō)明寫(xiě)此信的意圖。
2.中段
中段是推薦信的展開(kāi)部分，要針對用人單位的情況需要，介紹被推薦人的一些情況，如學(xué)歷學(xué)位、專(zhuān)業(yè)特長(cháng)、外語(yǔ)水平、業(yè)務(wù)能力以及其他能力;以使對方能通過(guò)引薦信對被引薦人產(chǎn)生好感，從而達到推薦人才的目的。
如果是自薦信，更要寫(xiě)明自己在原來(lái)崗位未能發(fā)揮或沒(méi)有機會(huì )發(fā)揮的潛能和特長(cháng)。
3.結尾
再次表達自己希望能辦成此事的愿望，懇請領(lǐng)導給予被推薦人工作或晉升機會(huì )，并向對方致以感激祝福之情。結尾處也可附上一些被推薦人業(yè)績(jì)的有關(guān)材料。
4.落款
推薦信的落款要在正文右下方署上推薦者的姓名，以及成文日期的年月日。
有些推薦信還可以注明自己的詳細通訊地址，以備以后必要時(shí)的聯(lián)系之用。
