　　I, Gong Hanyu, failed in the examination of the second semester of grade two in 20xx. The reasons why I didn't get the three good students are as follows:

　　一。做作業(yè)粗心大意，總是沒(méi)有看清題目。語(yǔ)文老是不記得打標點(diǎn)符號，寫(xiě)錯別字。數學(xué)老是把算術(shù)符號弄錯，加法看成減法，乘法看成除法，計算不記得進(jìn)位退位。

　　二。上課走神，做小動(dòng)作，沒(méi)有認真聽(tīng)老師講課。

　　三。上課不積極發(fā)言，發(fā)言時(shí)聲音好小，對自己沒(méi)有信心。

　　四。在家不聽(tīng)媽媽的勸導，老是與媽媽鬧矛盾。

　　正是由于以上幾點(diǎn)的原因導致我學(xué)習退步，這學(xué)期沒(méi)有得到三好學(xué)生。我很后悔自己沒(méi)有好好學(xué)習，所以我從今以后要改正以上四點(diǎn)的毛病，要發(fā)奮學(xué)習，通過(guò)自己的努力爭取在三年級考出好成級，得一個(gè)學(xué)習標兵。做一個(gè)優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生和一個(gè)聽(tīng)話(huà)的兒子。
