英語(yǔ)道歉信范文及常用句式
道歉信是指因過(guò)失或疏忽做錯了事，給別人帶來(lái)了麻煩或損失，發(fā)覺(jué)后要立即寫(xiě)信給對方賠禮道歉時(shí)寫(xiě)的信件。道歉是一種禮貌，道歉信要寫(xiě)得坦率，誠懇。
道歉信通常包括三部分內容：
1、表示歉意，道歉的原由；
2、出現差錯的原因，提出彌補措施；
3、請求原諒。語(yǔ)言要誠摯，解釋的理由要真實(shí)。好的道歉信不僅會(huì )取得對方的.諒解，還會(huì )增進(jìn)彼此的感情。
寫(xiě)作三步曲：
表示歉意→說(shuō)明具體原因、提出補救辦法→再次致歉，希望得到理解。注意：
理由要盡量合理，違反生活常識將導致扣分；盡量提供一個(gè)合適的補救辦法，使行文更加順暢。
范文解析：
