近半個(gè)世紀以來(lái)，世界衛生組織和國際紅十字會(huì )一直向世界各國呼吁“醫療用血采用無(wú)償獻血”。無(wú)償獻血是血液最科學(xué)、最合理的來(lái)源，是最安全的血液，是預防經(jīng)血液傳播疾病的重要手段之一。無(wú)償獻血是無(wú)私奉獻、救死扶傷的'崇高行為，能使病員解除病痛甚至挽救他們的生命，其價(jià)值是無(wú)法用金錢(qián)來(lái)衡量的。
科學(xué)獻血有益健康。一次獻血200-400毫升，只占人體總血量的10%以?xún)葧r(shí)，貯存在肝、脾等器官的血液會(huì )釋放出來(lái)參與血液循環(huán)，迅速恢復血容量，同時(shí)刺激人體造血功能增強，有利于血液的新陳代謝，減少心血管疾病的發(fā)生。
無(wú)償獻血者免費用血。無(wú)償獻血相當于一種輸血醫療保險，獻血者本人及其配偶、直系親屬有相應的免費用血的待遇。無(wú)償獻血體現了"我為人人、人人為我"、愛(ài)心奉獻的新型人際關(guān)系，是聯(lián)結人們友誼的橋梁和紐帶，是一種高尚的人道主義。
青年人是無(wú)償獻血的主力軍，是年輕有為、朝氣蓬勃的一代，很多網(wǎng)友已多次參加獻血。今天，我們倡議更多的網(wǎng)友們加入到無(wú)償獻血者的行列中，你捐獻的血液可以挽救一個(gè)垂危的生命!用我們的愛(ài)心重鑄生命的綠洲!

各單位干部職工：
《中華人民共和國獻血法》正式實(shí)施以來(lái)，無(wú)償獻血在保證醫療臨床用血需要和安全、保障獻血者和用血者健康方面發(fā)揮了重大作用，也標志著(zhù)我國的血液事業(yè)從此走向法制化管理的軌道。
無(wú)償獻血是社會(huì )文明進(jìn)步的標志之一，是救死扶傷的崇高行為，是創(chuàng )造和諧社會(huì )、熱愛(ài)生命的體現。近年來(lái)，在社會(huì )各界的廣泛支持和積極參與下，無(wú)償獻血工作得到了穩定健康的發(fā)展。但是，隨著(zhù)xxx經(jīng)濟社會(huì )的發(fā)展，醫療服務(wù)水平的提高，全民醫療保障覆蓋面的擴大，臨床用血量大大增加，為了保證臨床有安全、足夠的血液救治患者，需要我們攜起手來(lái)，共同參與到無(wú)償獻血的行列中來(lái)。區無(wú)償獻血辦特此向廣大健康適齡的干部職工們發(fā)出倡議：讓我們以履行公民義務(wù)為光榮，本著(zhù)社會(huì )共濟、關(guān)愛(ài)他人的精神，做無(wú)償獻血行動(dòng)的積極響應者，加入到無(wú)償獻血的行列，用我們的濃濃熱血、拳拳愛(ài)心去營(yíng)造一個(gè)充滿(mǎn)“人道、博愛(ài)、奉獻”精神的幸福xxx!
