一、教材分析:
本單元是Go for it ( 下 ) Unit 6。主要圍繞“What are you doing?”這一主題展開(kāi)各種教學(xué)活動(dòng)。這節課內容包括SectionA1a-2c,涉及到的時(shí)態(tài)是現在進(jìn)行時(shí),它在整個(gè)知識體系中的地位非常重要,這是繼一般現在時(shí)之后,學(xué)生初次接觸的第二種時(shí)態(tài),因此要掌握好它,學(xué)會(huì )談?wù)撊藗冋谧鍪裁。本節課旨在創(chuàng )造一個(gè)輕松、愉快的學(xué)習交流環(huán)境,通過(guò)聽(tīng)、說(shuō)、讀、寫(xiě)來(lái)培養學(xué)生運用這些知識的能力。
二.學(xué)情分析:
本人所在的學(xué)校地處城鄉交接地帶,學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習氛圍不怎么濃厚,學(xué)習熱情也不太高,尤其是英語(yǔ)的聽(tīng)、說(shuō)能力方面,很多學(xué)生不愿開(kāi)口說(shuō)英語(yǔ),英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)力也比較薄弱。針對這種情況,我把本節課的重點(diǎn)放在英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)訓練兩方面,通過(guò)開(kāi)展一些生動(dòng)有趣的活動(dòng),加強英語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)訓練,讓學(xué)生熟悉掌握現在進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài),并弄清楚它與一般現在時(shí)態(tài)的區別。
三、教學(xué)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn) :
1.Important points(重點(diǎn)).
1).Let the students master how to describe what people are doing.
2).Master the phrases: talking on the phone、watching TV、 doing homework、eating dinner、cleaning、 reading.
2.Difficult points(難點(diǎn)).
1).Grasp and make use of simple conversations in English:
--What are you doing? --I am watching TV.
-- What is he doing?-- He is doing homework.
2).let the students master the differences between the present tense and the present progressive tense.
---What do you usually do on weekends?
---I usually help my mother with the housework .
---What are you doing?
---I’m having an English class.
四、教學(xué)目標:
1.知識目標:
1)詞匯:make soup、 read a newspaper、 wash、use、 eat out、 go to movies.、 reading、doing homework、 talking on the phone .
2)語(yǔ)法 -Present progressive tense。
3)句子 What are you doing? I’m watching TV.
What’s he doing? He’s doing his homework.
What are they doing? They’re cleaning the room.
2. 能力目標:
(1)To Help students freely talk about or learn about what they are doing.
(2)Improve the students’ speaking ability and listening ability .
3. 情感目標:
(1)Enable students to cooperate among the team members .
(2)Enable students to talk about something happening bravely.
五、教學(xué)方法
1、教法分析:
鑒于現在進(jìn)行時(shí)是學(xué)生剛開(kāi)始學(xué)的一種語(yǔ)法,而本單元話(huà)題大多來(lái)自生活,采用情景教學(xué)法,引導學(xué)生在運用語(yǔ)言中學(xué)習語(yǔ)言。采用小組學(xué)習法,開(kāi)展多種類(lèi)型的任務(wù)型學(xué)習活動(dòng),保證每個(gè)學(xué)生都有機會(huì )與他人合作交流。同時(shí),采用練習法,把大多數課堂時(shí)間留給學(xué)生操練,讓學(xué)生在輕松環(huán)境中掌握知識.
2、學(xué)法分析:
鑒于教學(xué)對象是初一學(xué)生,根據他們生性好動(dòng)、求知欲旺盛等特點(diǎn),我在教學(xué)中盡量設置有趣的活動(dòng)讓他們積極參與到活動(dòng)中來(lái),有更多的機會(huì )來(lái)說(shuō)英語(yǔ),通過(guò)兩兩相互對話(huà)合作,降低他們的學(xué)習難度,使他們體驗到成功的喜悅。
六、教學(xué)過(guò)程設計
The First Period(Section A 1a. 1b ,1c,2c)
Step 1. Warming up
1、Greeting
2、Play an English song called“Are you sleeping?”

Step2. Leading-in
Look at this picture, read after me “read a newspaper”.Get students repeat it .And then teach “make soup、wash the dishes 、go to the moives、eat out”in the same way .Then ask one student:
T: What do you uaually do on Sundays?
Ss: I usually go to the movies.

Step 3. Presentation
(1).教師說(shuō)出: It’s 8:20 now. What are we doing?
We are having an English class now.
I’m teaching English.
You’re learning English.
(引出現在進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài),并指出該時(shí)態(tài)的謂語(yǔ)結構是“be + doing”. 把此結構比喻為一條活生生的魚(yú),be為魚(yú)頭,ing為魚(yú)尾,用該時(shí)態(tài)時(shí)別忘了在動(dòng)詞的前后加上魚(yú)頭和魚(yú)尾)
(2). 教師在多媒體屏幕上一張一張出示圖片,帶著(zhù)同學(xué)們一起齊聲問(wèn)與答,讓同學(xué)們熟悉現在進(jìn)行時(shí)的結構和用法。
T: What is she doing? S:She is listening to music.
T:What is he doing? S:He is playing basketball.
(3)叫一位學(xué)生到同學(xué)們前面做一些簡(jiǎn)單的動(dòng)作,比如;run、jump、walk、sing、dance、read books etc. 再讓另一位同學(xué)大聲地問(wèn):
S1: What are you doing now? S2: I'm dancing/singing/walking.
老師再問(wèn):T:What is he doing? S:He is playing basketball.

Step4. Practice.
1. Show some pictures on the screen and let the students ask and answer. Boys ask , girls answer .then turn around girls ask,boys answer together. Boys:What is he/she doing? Girls::He/She is V-ing…
Boys:What are they doing ? Girls:They are V-ing…
2.Let students do pair work for a few minutes and then ask two pais of students to act it out in front of the class.
3. Show some pictures on the screen and ask the students to match the words with the activities. Let stuents remember all news words.(1a)
【設計說(shuō)明:用多媒體展示圖片,先是讓全班男女同學(xué)集體問(wèn)答,熟悉之后再和同伴訓練對話(huà),最后讓兩組同學(xué)展示所學(xué)的對話(huà)內容。一個(gè)循序漸進(jìn)的過(guò)程使得學(xué)生都學(xué)會(huì )了現在進(jìn)行時(shí)的結構和用法!
Step 5. Listening (1b,2a,2b)
1b)1.say:There are many people living in the apartment. Do you know “what they are doing?”. Please listen to the tape and find out “What is Jenny doing? What are Dave and Mary doing? What is John doing?”(play the recording ,let students write the numbers ,then play it again ,students write the activities each one is doing. Check the answers.
2a). .Let students listen to the tape and Check the answers in class (1)What is Steve doing ? → a. He is watching.
(2) What is Jack doing ? → b. He is listening to a CD.
2b). Listen again .Fill in the blanks.(聽(tīng)力要書(shū)寫(xiě),首先讓學(xué)生先熟悉短文,了解并猜測要填寫(xiě)的內容。學(xué)生聽(tīng)第一遍時(shí)盡量每空都寫(xiě)出部分聽(tīng)到的內容,來(lái)不及寫(xiě),就為首的一兩個(gè)字母。第二遍聽(tīng)時(shí),可以把沒(méi)寫(xiě)完的補充完整,甚至可以閉上眼睛聽(tīng)某個(gè)需要的知識點(diǎn)。)

Step 6. Role play (假設你正在做事時(shí),你的同伴打來(lái)電話(huà)和他一起把你們的對話(huà)表演出來(lái),多媒體的圖片中顯示不同的活動(dòng)。)

A: What are you …ing, …?
B: I’m …. What about you?
A: I’m …, but it’s ….
B: … Do you want to…?
A: That sounds ….

Step7. Summary.
一般現在時(shí)
1.定義一般現在時(shí)常用來(lái)表示現在習慣或經(jīng)常反復發(fā)生的動(dòng)作。
2.標志詞:usually,always,sometimes,often,every day,never etc.
3.結構: 謂語(yǔ)是實(shí)義動(dòng)詞一般用動(dòng)詞原形→當主語(yǔ)為三單謂語(yǔ)變?yōu)閯?dòng)詞的第三人稱(chēng)單數,(即V原→V單)。
現在進(jìn)行時(shí)
1.定義:現在進(jìn)行時(shí)表示現在或當前一段時(shí)間正在進(jìn)行的動(dòng)作。
2.標志詞:listen、look、 right now、while、 now 、 these days
3.結構:am / is / are + 現在分詞(即be+doing)

1.做多媒體上的針對現在進(jìn)行時(shí)態(tài)的專(zhuān)項練習。
