我方作為貴公司________________________________________貨物的供應商，向貴公司做出如下保證：
一、關(guān)于我方經(jīng)營(yíng)資格的保證
我方保證向貴公司提供的營(yíng)業(yè)執照、經(jīng)營(yíng)生產(chǎn)許可證真實(shí)有效。
二、關(guān)于我方供應貨物的保證
1、供應貨物都有合格的《質(zhì)量檢測報告》和相關(guān)的產(chǎn)品合格證，符合國家的.相關(guān)規定。
2、供應貨物經(jīng)貴公司書(shū)面確認供應品牌后，不作隨意更換。
3、供應貨物的保質(zhì)期不低于______天，自貨物經(jīng)貴公司驗收入庫之日起計算。
4、我方認可貴公司的貨物驗收制度，并在對供應貨物進(jìn)行驗收時(shí)，嚴格遵守貴公司的貨物驗收制度。
5、對未通過(guò)驗收的貨物，保證在貴公司規定時(shí)間內補充合格的貨物。
6、對通過(guò)驗收的貨物，在貴公司投入使用之前，出現相關(guān)證照不全、品牌不符及質(zhì)量問(wèn)題的，保證無(wú)條件退貨，并在貴公司規定時(shí)間內補充合格的貨物。
7、因我方供應貨物的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題，對貴公司造成了不良影響的，我方愿承擔該批貨物價(jià)款1-10倍的罰款，并承擔由此所造成的經(jīng)濟損失及法律責任。
8、我方愿意用供應貨物貨款的30%作為每月結帳的滾動(dòng)質(zhì)保金，于下次結帳時(shí)進(jìn)行結算。
