雖然現在已是初一下學(xué)期，對于考試也是有經(jīng)驗的了，但還是避免不了緊張的情緒，主要是自己缺乏一種自信吧！再加上我英語(yǔ)本身不好，上次月考考得還不錯，讓自己感到自己如果不比上次考得好的話(huà)就是一種退步。
這種心里壓力無(wú)疑是極大，就像知道自己死亡期限了，只能眼睜睜地看著(zhù)時(shí)間慢慢流逝，卻無(wú)能為力改變這一切。所以整個(gè)人看起來(lái)有些消沉，就這樣時(shí)間一直流到了下午第四節課，這時(shí)的我不知該復習什么好，卻又感覺(jué)什么地方都要去看去背，這種糾結的心理只會(huì )讓時(shí)間流逝得更快，于是我做了一個(gè)決定，那就是做作業(yè)，暫時(shí)不復習了，這個(gè)決定在我以前甚至當時(shí)看來(lái)是很荒唐的，分明要考試了，居然不去復習，還在這兒做作業(yè)！但這個(gè)看似荒唐的決定也是仔細地、深思熟慮過(guò)的，第一，現在這種情況無(wú)疑是浪費時(shí)間，與其干坐著(zhù)還不如做作業(yè)呢；第二，曾經(jīng)也遇到過(guò)類(lèi)似的情況，第四節課背書(shū)因為感覺(jué)背得不熟，害怕被“打”下來(lái)，于是排到了后面，到自己時(shí)又不敢去，結果打鈴了，課也沒(méi)背到作業(yè)也沒(méi)做。
于是我就這樣去做了，不知不覺(jué)心好象靜下來(lái)了，這種感覺(jué)玄之又玄，分明沒(méi)有復習，卻對考試有了信心，緊張感消失了大半。
吃完飯，到口度時(shí)不免還是緊張，說(shuō)的過(guò)程有些音自己認為都沒(méi)準，但卻不再著(zhù)急，不緊不慢地說(shuō)下去，老師也是一臉微笑看著(zhù)我，更讓我信心大增�？纪炅撕笮膽B(tài)與以前考試相比又不同了，要是以前的話(huà)，肯定是感到有塊大大的石頭從心中落下來(lái)，但這次卻比之前的輕小許多，這是好事，說(shuō)明我對考試已不再那么緊張，不過(guò)，平時(shí)還要更專(zhuān)心地、認真地學(xué)習，畢竟強大的自信來(lái)自于堅實(shí)的基礎！
