我不明白，為什么英語(yǔ)會(huì )是和語(yǔ)文數學(xué)一樣重要的學(xué)科，學(xué)習語(yǔ)文可以提高分析，閱讀，寫(xiě)作能力，可以讓我們在各種美好的，離奇的，勵志的故事海洋里徜徉，學(xué)習數學(xué)可以提高我們的思維能力，解決生活中遇到的實(shí)際問(wèn)題，就算學(xué)個(gè)歷史，也可以讓我們知道中國上下五千年的光輝事跡，學(xué)習地理也可以讓我們不出門(mén)便可領(lǐng)略祖國的大好河山......學(xué)習英語(yǔ)呢？我不反對，生活中我們確實(shí)會(huì )遇到一些英文說(shuō)明書(shū)，標志什么的，但也不至于把英語(yǔ)上升到和語(yǔ)文數學(xué)一樣的高度。
為了英語(yǔ)能考出好成績(jì)，幾乎每個(gè)家長(cháng)都使出渾身解數，把自己的孩子推到各種輔導班。浪費了大量的人力物力，還有時(shí)間�？蛇@對邊遠山區的孩子公平嗎？外公所在的小學(xué)根本就沒(méi)有英語(yǔ)課，就是想上英語(yǔ)輔導班，也找不到地方。外公經(jīng)常說(shuō)：真不明白，為什么一個(gè)外國的語(yǔ)言卻決定著(zhù)很多中國的孩子能不能上好大學(xué)，真是國家的可悲。是呀，農村的孩子到中學(xué)才開(kāi)始上英語(yǔ)課，我們卻已經(jīng)在輔導班把初中的英語(yǔ)課程學(xué)完了。農村的孩子出生便倒在了英語(yǔ)的起跑線(xiàn)上，可悲，可嘆。
我不反對學(xué)英語(yǔ)，英語(yǔ)也絕不應該和我們的語(yǔ)文數學(xué)同比，可以和歷史，地理這樣的小學(xué)科并列，這樣既可以把我們的傳統文化發(fā)揚光大，也給了山區，農村邊遠地區孩子一個(gè)和我們站在同一起跑線(xiàn)的機會(huì )。
