港澳通行證收費依據及標準
(一)收費依據
《國家發(fā)展和改革委員會(huì )、財政部關(guān)于電信網(wǎng)碼號資源占用費等部分行政事業(yè)性收費標準的通知》(發(fā)改價(jià)格1186號)。
(二)收費標準
往來(lái)港澳通行證每證80元，往來(lái)港澳一次有效簽注每件15元，二次有效簽注每件30元，短期(不超過(guò)一年)多次有效簽注每件80元，一年以上(不含一年)兩年以下(含兩年)多次有效簽注每件120元，兩年以上(不含兩年)三年以下(不含三年)多次有效簽注每件160元，長(cháng)期(三年以上，含三年)多次有效簽注每件240元。
(三)審批機構進(jìn)行審核，作出批準或者不予批準的決定，不予批準的'，審批機構向申請人出具《不予批準決定書(shū)》。
(四)申請人領(lǐng)取證件。
港澳通行證辦理方式
內地居民申請往來(lái)港澳通行證和簽注，須由本人向公安機關(guān)出入境管理部門(mén)提出申請，但有下列情形之一的，按照相應規定提交申請：
(一)未滿(mǎn)16周歲人員申請往來(lái)港澳通行證的，由監護人或者監護人委托他人陪同申請。監護人應當提交監護證明(如出生證明、戶(hù)口簿等)、居民身份證等身份證明并留存復印件;監護人委托他人陪同的，還須提交委托書(shū)以及陪同人的居民身份證等身份證明并留存復印件。
(二)已持有效往來(lái)港澳通行證，在原往來(lái)港澳通行證或者原簽注申請受理部門(mén)申請簽注的，可以委托他人代為申請。委托他人代為申請的，委托人須出具委托書(shū)，被委托人須交驗本人居民身份證原件，并提交復印件。申請人在港澳地區的，不得委托他人代為申請。
(三)已持有效往來(lái)港澳通行證，通過(guò)勞務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)公司組織赴香港或者澳門(mén)就業(yè)的，以及在港澳就業(yè)期間繼續申請逗留簽注的，可由勞務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)公司代為申請逗留簽注。勞務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)公司須事先將公司印章、負責人簽名向勞務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)公司所在地有關(guān)公安機關(guān)出入境管理部門(mén)備案。
(四)內地居民按照有關(guān)規定在香港或者澳門(mén)向深圳或者珠海簽證辦提出申請的，可通過(guò)香港或者澳門(mén)中國旅行社提交有關(guān)申請材料。
