對試卷的評價(jià)與建議
期中考試已經(jīng)結束了，這次考試是對于不少剛剛接觸英語(yǔ)的初一新生而言是一次重要的考試，是全面衡量學(xué)生這段時(shí)間學(xué)習情況的一次考試。下面我主要從以下幾個(gè)方面來(lái)分析：
一、考試質(zhì)量分析
1.試題方面
就整個(gè)試題而言，考點(diǎn)分布均勻，覆蓋面廣，考題難度適中，大部分試題能夠體現目前注重基礎、體現能力的考試命題要求。
2.試卷方面
本次考試題型，分為聽(tīng)力部分、辨音、單項選擇、閱讀理解、完形填空，詞匯運用，閱讀表達，翻譯句子和寫(xiě)作幾個(gè)大部分，各部分難易程度不同。大部分題都比較基礎，和平時(shí)的練習比較起來(lái)相對集中一些，更能反映出學(xué)生在這一階段學(xué)習中的問(wèn)題。
此次英語(yǔ)考試的聽(tīng)力部分，內容為與日常教學(xué)相關(guān)的材料，與所學(xué)教材難度相當，較為簡(jiǎn)單。朗讀速度適中，對平日教學(xué)的聽(tīng)力訓練有著(zhù)良好的導向作用。但在第一節中還是有部分學(xué)生容易犯書(shū)寫(xiě)不規范的錯誤，也有些學(xué)生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l(fā)”混淆，因而造成較多失分。這學(xué)期對學(xué)生在聽(tīng)力方面的練習不是很多，除了在課堂上少量練習外，平時(shí)課下學(xué)生幾乎得不到練習。
單項選擇，突出了課本和平常練習中較基礎的知識，學(xué)生訓練較多，此部分得分較好。
完形填空，對于我校大部分基礎較薄弱學(xué)生而言覺(jué)得難度較大，因選項具有大的靈活性，而學(xué)生在平時(shí)對單詞的記憶和對句子的積累還不夠牢，而且也沒(méi)有掌握好做題技巧，沒(méi)有聯(lián)系上下文推測出正確答案，以至于此部分得分較低。
翻譯句子，由于平時(shí)練習較多，且反復強調大小寫(xiě)及單詞、字母的正確書(shū)寫(xiě)，因此這部分得分比預計要好。閱讀表達學(xué)生在此題得分較少，不是多了這個(gè)就是漏了那個(gè)，答的不好，得分非常低。
寫(xiě)作部分大部分學(xué)生書(shū)寫(xiě)較差，只有極少數學(xué)生在這部分未動(dòng)筆。
二、分析原因
教師方面的原因：
這段時(shí)間由于課時(shí)多，時(shí)間緊，因此對學(xué)生部分知識掌握情況的落實(shí)不夠，這也是這次考試成績(jì)不高的原因之一。從這次考試中應該吸取這樣的教訓。在以后的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中，加大管理力度，提高學(xué)生在課堂上的學(xué)習效率。
學(xué)生方面的原因：
1.部分學(xué)生的基礎知識不夠扎實(shí)，且大部分學(xué)生毫無(wú)學(xué)習習慣而言，記憶知識極難，遺忘知識快，過(guò)去滾瓜爛熟的東西一段時(shí)間不用就忘了。
2.學(xué)生的應變能力有待提高，不能正確寫(xiě)出單詞的正確形式。
3.理解能力不強，完形填空、閱讀理解失分較多，不能理解通篇大意。
4.不能熟練運用學(xué)過(guò)的句型。很容易漏掉be動(dòng)詞。
三、今后采取的措施
抓好單詞、詞組過(guò)關(guān)，狠抓知識落實(shí)。在進(jìn)行單詞和詞組教學(xué)時(shí)，首先讓學(xué)生讀準音，然后反復讀單詞和詞組，并找出同義詞、反義詞、類(lèi)似用法的詞一起記。在進(jìn)行句型時(shí)，以小組合作等方式舉一反三，反復練習課堂上學(xué)習的句型。平時(shí)督促學(xué)生多聽(tīng)錄音磁帶，一星期集中訓練兩次聽(tīng)力，在培養學(xué)生的聽(tīng)力技巧和聽(tīng)力能力上多下功夫，提高他們的聽(tīng)力能力和聽(tīng)力技巧。
在閱讀教學(xué)中，設計一些問(wèn)題，通過(guò)學(xué)生自讀文章找出其答案，在整體上感知文章內容。而且講解文章時(shí)，注意生詞在句中的運用、注意文章里出現的詞組，注意對關(guān)鍵句子的理解。針對學(xué)生閱讀能力差的問(wèn)題，將通過(guò)大量閱讀來(lái)培養學(xué)生的語(yǔ)感以及通過(guò)上下文捕捉信息的能力，還要注意文化背景知識的學(xué)習，拓寬學(xué)生的知識，開(kāi)闊學(xué)生的視野。
不會(huì )用英文寫(xiě)作文是絕大多數學(xué)生的通病。作文是由句子構成，一個(gè)正確的句子需要用正確的句型、正確的詞組，正確的時(shí)態(tài)構成。訓練學(xué)生的答題技巧和書(shū)寫(xiě)方面的好習慣。寫(xiě)好作文，沒(méi)有訣竅，只有多寫(xiě)多練。
在今后的教學(xué)中，我們將繼續抓好雙基知識的訓練，打牢基本功;引導學(xué)生梳理知識，掌握語(yǔ)法規則，逐步引導學(xué)生靈活運用英語(yǔ)知識的能力;培養學(xué)生上課時(shí)的聽(tīng)課習慣，要求學(xué)生全神貫注，要和老師同步思考出現的問(wèn)題;講課時(shí)，盡量使用簡(jiǎn)明、準確、形象、生動(dòng)的語(yǔ)言，堅持用英語(yǔ)教學(xué)，讓學(xué)生用英語(yǔ)來(lái)想英語(yǔ);在平時(shí)要通過(guò)閱讀，培養學(xué)生閱讀多種文體的能力，如何從文章中獲取信息的能力和運用英語(yǔ)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力。在訓練中要注意方法的.多樣化和靈活性，同時(shí)，啟發(fā)他們學(xué)會(huì )運用多種不同的方法來(lái)表達同樣的思想，逐步培養良好的英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)感。在培優(yōu)輔差上下功夫，大面積提高學(xué)生的優(yōu)秀率和合格率。

My hometown is in the southeast of Shandong， a seaside village.
