　　英語(yǔ)測試對于提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量起著(zhù)有效的促進(jìn)作用。通過(guò)測試一方面教師可以取得教學(xué)工作的信息反饋，另一方面，可以調動(dòng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習積極性，使學(xué)生在今后的測試中不斷發(fā)揚成績(jì)，克服缺點(diǎn)，取得最佳效果。測試的重要性是顯而易見(jiàn)的，對試卷的評講就顯得尤為重要。介紹自己的基本情況

　　高質(zhì)量的試卷評講會(huì )讓師生收益非淺。有效的評講，能讓老師更成功地總結教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，分析學(xué)生學(xué)習情況以改進(jìn)教學(xué)，提高教學(xué)效率和教學(xué)效果。有效的評講，能讓學(xué)生找到自己的不足和改進(jìn)學(xué)習的方法。

　　有效地評講英語(yǔ)試卷應該堅持三個(gè)原則：
