語(yǔ)言無(wú)論什么語(yǔ)種都有基本的通用原則，中國孩子從小講中文經(jīng)過(guò)的語(yǔ)音順序是：聽(tīng)，學(xué)單詞，短句，句子，對話(huà)，閱讀……英語(yǔ)學(xué)習同樣是語(yǔ)言學(xué)習，如果孩子不是chinese-english的雙語(yǔ)家庭，那么英語(yǔ)的環(huán)境就無(wú)法和中文相比。而“說(shuō)”這個(gè)輸出的能力，就需要家長(cháng)長(cháng)期培養。
為了能讓孩子“輸出”即說(shuō)出英語(yǔ)，聽(tīng)、讀要處于優(yōu)先地位。這是英語(yǔ)教育和學(xué)習中家長(cháng)和孩子應該具備的第一個(gè)態(tài)度。
在幼兒時(shí)期，家長(cháng)可以用玩、唱的形式去培養孩子學(xué)習英語(yǔ)的興趣。越小的孩子，越需要形式活潑和輕松的形式。chants, rhythm, songs, poems都是很好的形式。在聽(tīng)的時(shí)候，家長(cháng)的第二個(gè)態(tài)度是：輕松。歌曲越輕松、熱鬧，孩子就越敢唱、喜歡唱，這是對0~8歲兒童的普適性原則。需要提醒大家的是，如果家長(cháng)有一定英語(yǔ)基礎，可以把歌詞給孩子念出，讓孩子可以準確發(fā)音。需要注意的是，聽(tīng)的時(shí)間，要隨著(zhù)孩子的年齡增長(cháng)而逐漸加長(cháng)。
