　　中秋節的傳統食品是月餅,月餅是圓形的,象征團圓,反映了人們幸福的愿望,家人團聚。中秋節吃月餅的據說(shuō)在元朝開(kāi)始,當時(shí),朱元璋領(lǐng)導漢族人民反抗元朝暴政,約定在8月15日這一天起義,月餅作為禮物的手段相互夾的注意月餅傳遞消息。中秋節吃月餅的習俗在民間傳播。

　　之后,朱元璋終于推翻了元朝,成為明朝第一個(gè)皇帝,雖然之后,清朝人負責中國,但人們仍然慶祝這個(gè)符號推翻外星種族統治的節日。
