　　篇二：“漢辦”漢語(yǔ)志愿者考試面試總結

　　漢語(yǔ)志愿者考試面試總結

　　又到了每年招募赴泰漢語(yǔ)志愿者的時(shí)間了，身在泰國半年多，對此感觸很深�，F在把我自己去年的面試經(jīng)歷回憶出來(lái)，因為時(shí)間過(guò)去了好久，有些細節可能會(huì )有所遺漏，還請各位童鞋見(jiàn)諒了。

　　我面試的是20xx年赴泰志愿者，首輪面試時(shí)間是20xx年12月14日，其實(shí)12日就已經(jīng)開(kāi)始面試了，不過(guò)由于河大承擔了全省的面試工作，因此要按學(xué)校分批分時(shí)間進(jìn)行。

　　和20xx年不同的是，我們這次只有面試和心理測試，沒(méi)有另外加考的綜合筆試。面試和心理測試分開(kāi)進(jìn)行，上午面試者下午進(jìn)行心理測試，上午參加了心理測試就等到下午參加面試。我和雯的考試時(shí)間一樣，都是14號上午面試，下午進(jìn)行心理測試。

　　面試時(shí)間15到20 分鐘左右，共包括以下幾個(gè)環(huán)節：語(yǔ)言綜合測試，外語(yǔ)口試，試講，跨文化交際能力和中華才藝（貌似是這么幾個(gè)名字，官方說(shuō)法可以參考河北省教育廳國際交流處的網(wǎng)站）。上午面試時(shí)分為9個(gè)考場(chǎng)，每個(gè)考場(chǎng)有9名左右的考生，不過(guò)每個(gè)考場(chǎng)總會(huì )有那么幾名考生棄考，所以實(shí)際上每個(gè)考場(chǎng)參加考試的大概有7名左右。每個(gè)考場(chǎng)有4位考官，分別考察語(yǔ)言綜合，試講，外語(yǔ)測試和文化及跨文化交際能力。每個(gè)考場(chǎng)還有一名國防生負責錄像，所以說(shuō)，當你進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)的那一刻，你的一舉一動(dòng)都會(huì )記錄在冊。

　　進(jìn)入考場(chǎng)后先自我介紹，關(guān)于自我介紹當時(shí)比較糾結的是要不要準備英文版的，我當時(shí)是中英文都準備了，不過(guò)面試時(shí)老師并沒(méi)有要求我用英文再說(shuō)一遍所以還是以中文的自我介紹為主吧。我的感覺(jué)是，不需要在自我介紹上花太多的時(shí)間，因為面試時(shí)間總共20分鐘左右，這20分鐘包括了你所有的面試環(huán)節，如果在自我介紹上花了太多的時(shí)間，勢必會(huì )影響后面環(huán)節的展示，而且當你介紹完自己的考生編號時(shí)，你的中英文的報名表早已在面試老師的手里了，我認為相同的內容也就沒(méi)有必要再重復了。自我介紹完成后，面試老師會(huì )提示考生抽取題目。在講桌上會(huì )發(fā)現5張背面朝上的紙條，每張紙條有一個(gè)號碼，那個(gè)號碼就是你的題目。

　　1、語(yǔ)言綜合能力測試

　　這一部分考察的是中文的基本功，基于面試的目的是選拔漢語(yǔ)教師志愿者，所以這一部分也是面試時(shí)“決定生死”的一個(gè)部分。主要內容有語(yǔ)文基礎知識和同義詞辨析。

　　語(yǔ)文基礎知識就是拼音和漢字書(shū)寫(xiě)。面試老師會(huì )根據你所抽的題號念一段話(huà)，然后要求考生在黑板上把這句話(huà)的拼音和漢字寫(xiě)出來(lái)。主要考察的是拼音拼寫(xiě)規則和漢字書(shū)寫(xiě)筆順。我的題目是：天安門(mén)廣場(chǎng)上矗立的人民英雄紀念碑�？闯鰜�(lái)考點(diǎn)了嗎？拼音部分就是隔音符號，漢字就是一些難寫(xiě)字比如“�！焙汀氨�”的書(shū)寫(xiě)與筆順。

　　拼音規則和筆順其實(shí)很好掌握，黃廖版《現代漢語(yǔ)》第一冊就全部解決了，其中提到的拼音規則基本就是面試時(shí)的考點(diǎn)，需要注意的是一些漢字的筆順（我的題目中筆順?lè )矫骟w現的不太明顯），比如說(shuō)：火，方�？谝舴矫嫫鋵�(shí)考察的不明顯，因為是由面試官念出題目由考生拼寫(xiě)，所以一般不會(huì )有

　　in,ing,z,c,s,zh,ch,sh的問(wèn)題。

　　除了拼音和漢字書(shū)寫(xiě)就是同義詞辨析以及病句分析了。同義詞辨析和現代漢語(yǔ)課上學(xué)到的一樣，給兩個(gè)同義詞諸如“突然—忽然”（我抽到了這兩個(gè)詞）、“美麗—漂亮”等等進(jìn)行辨析，這是面試的必考題，翻翻《現代漢語(yǔ)八百詞》（呂叔湘先生的大作，很有用的一本工具書(shū)，網(wǎng)上搜搜就有了）基本就都有了。病句分析常�？冀Y構錯誤，比如被字句和把字句之類(lèi)的。

　　2、試講

　　試講環(huán)節是讓大家都比較緊張的環(huán)節，因為大家都無(wú)所適從，不知道從何開(kāi)始。我的題目是講“時(shí)間”。因為是簡(jiǎn)要介紹教學(xué)環(huán)節，所以我就當實(shí)習匯報時(shí)的說(shuō)課一樣去講，教具就是一個(gè)大表，先從“表”開(kāi)始，由學(xué)生母語(yǔ)引入“時(shí)、分、秒”的概念，然后通過(guò)翻譯的方法把中文的“時(shí)、分、秒”介紹給學(xué)生，然后書(shū)寫(xiě)生詞，講解課文，做對話(huà)練習等等。其中我提到了對話(huà)練習，面試老師就要求我具體介紹一下怎么來(lái)就行課堂活動(dòng)，我當時(shí)想法很簡(jiǎn)單，就是讓學(xué)生2人一組做練習，一人拿教具擺時(shí)間另一個(gè)人來(lái)說(shuō)時(shí)間。其實(shí)現在看來(lái)還可以更豐滿(mǎn)一點(diǎn)，比如說(shuō)利用多媒體，使用動(dòng)畫(huà)，兒歌，和數字操等等，還可以進(jìn)行競賽增加趣味性。

　　3、外語(yǔ)測試

　　一般是英語(yǔ)。英語(yǔ)老師會(huì )針對前面2個(gè)環(huán)節的面試情況隨機出題，一般都不會(huì )很難，而且應該是和教學(xué)相關(guān)的問(wèn)題。外語(yǔ)測試的時(shí)間不會(huì )很長(cháng)。我的情況比較悲催，問(wèn)的是圍繞教學(xué)的，而且由于我之前的面試環(huán)節中悲催的提到了詩(shī)詞教學(xué)（至今我也想不起來(lái)是怎么繞到詩(shī)詞上去的……），并且引起了面試老師的興趣，她就使勁用英語(yǔ)問(wèn)：“當你的學(xué)生在現代漢語(yǔ)還不掌握的情況下你怎么教他們傳統詩(shī)詞？”“你怎么理解傳統詩(shī)詞教學(xué)”然后我就悲劇了……

　　4、跨文化交際能力

　　這個(gè)比較好理解，印象中就一個(gè)問(wèn)題，我當時(shí)的題目是：“上課時(shí)，你的學(xué)生一直說(shuō)臺灣是一個(gè)獨立的國家，你怎么樣給學(xué)生解釋?zhuān)俊边@個(gè)題目有多種答案，童鞋們就自己開(kāi)動(dòng)腦筋吧~跨文化交際就是這種類(lèi)型的題目，主要考察的是應變能力。

　　5、中華才藝

　　這是最后一個(gè)環(huán)節，也是展現個(gè)人魅力的時(shí)候了，全靠自己本事了。書(shū)法，民樂(lè )，喜劇，武術(shù)，國畫(huà)，手工藝都可以，沒(méi)有限制，只要能想到的通通都可以~

　　拉拉雜雜這么一堆，基本流程就是這樣了，希望能給童鞋們一點(diǎn)幫助。其實(shí)重點(diǎn)還在于展現出自信，開(kāi)朗，敢于擔當的一面就基本可以了，最重要的是勇于參與。做好自己能做的，剩下的就是等待結果了。

　　p.s:總之我的首次面試是悲催的，第一批沒(méi)錄取上，第二批補錄才有了個(gè)參加培訓的機會(huì )，我一直對我的英語(yǔ)耿耿于懷，到現在都是……怨念的跑開(kāi)……

　　這個(gè)不用擔心，就按第一感覺(jué)選。只要不是心理變態(tài)就行。

　　四、筆試（180分鐘）

　　120道選擇題，共180分；n道大題，共120分。滿(mǎn)分共300分。

　　內容涉及：現代漢語(yǔ)、對外漢語(yǔ)教學(xué)概論、教育心理學(xué)、中國文化、跨文化交際等（自己總結，不一定全）

　　題量非常大，時(shí)間非常緊張，還得涂卡。勉強做完，沒(méi)有時(shí)間檢查。寫(xiě)大題寫(xiě)得手都抽筋了。聽(tīng)說(shuō)很多童鞋都木有做完。

　　聽(tīng)說(shuō)是漢辦打算重開(kāi)對外漢語(yǔ)教師資格證考試，這是一次預測。我們都是一群被試。（小道消息）

　　個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)介

　　我叫張靜，是來(lái)自電信學(xué)院08電氣工程與自動(dòng)化二班的一名學(xué)生。我想談一談我在大一這一年中加入志愿者協(xié)會(huì )的歷程以及在志愿者協(xié)會(huì )組織下參加一些活動(dòng)的感想。

　　一直以為志愿者是一個(gè)圣神的名字，特別是在去年汶川大地震和北京奧運會(huì )期間，無(wú)數的志愿者灑下了辛勤的汗水，從那以后，我就告訴自己，以后我一定成為一名志愿者。剛進(jìn)大學(xué)，一切對于我來(lái)說(shuō)都是那么的新鮮，在社團招新的那一陣子，我開(kāi)始了解攀枝花學(xué)院志愿者協(xié)會(huì )。后來(lái)，在一位大三學(xué)長(cháng)的介紹下，我加入了青年志愿者協(xié)會(huì )。從此，我開(kāi)始了我的志愿者之路。

　　加入志協(xié)后，我開(kāi)始關(guān)注志愿者的動(dòng)向，了解志愿者的活動(dòng)，我也積極參加志愿者組織的活動(dòng)。這學(xué)期一開(kāi)始，我就參加了電信系志愿者分會(huì )組織的在校園內義務(wù)打掃清潔的活動(dòng)，雖然這是一次很小的活動(dòng)，但卻給了我很大的感觸。我認識到了志愿者不一定都得轟轟烈烈的參加救災或者是為奧運會(huì )服務(wù)，作為一名志愿者，就應該從一點(diǎn)一滴的小事做起，任勞任怨，無(wú)怨無(wú)悔。我開(kāi)始注意身邊的事情，只要我是一名志愿者，不管有沒(méi)有人組織，不管該不該我去做，我們都該做一些力所能及的事去踐行一個(gè)志愿者的責任。
