　　如果決定離職的話(huà)，除了口頭上向上司請辭外，呈上一封辭職信是不應缺少的步驟。

　　辭職信內容

　　離職日期、辭去的工作職位。

　　用詞友善

　　無(wú)論是你決定不干，還是被要求自動(dòng)辭職，撰寫(xiě)辭職信時(shí)，措詞切記要適當、友善，千萬(wàn)不要把辭職信當作發(fā)泄的.工具，用詞惡劣或猛數公司、老板的不是。原因有三∶

　　- 你的未來(lái)老板隨時(shí)會(huì )要求你的前任老板提供關(guān)於你在職時(shí)的資料，作為聘用與否的參考。因此，別自毀長(cháng)城，讓一封辭職信破壞你的大好前途。
