　　The Garden Seat 公園里的座椅

　　Its former green is blue and thin,

　　And its once firm legs sink in and in;

　　Soon it will break down unaware,

　　Soon it will break down unaware.

　　褪色了，斑駁了，這園里的座椅，

　　原先站得穩穩的，現在陷落在土里;

　　早晚就會(huì )憑空倒下去的，

　　At night when reddest flowers are black

　　Those who once sat thereon come back;

　　Quite a row of them sitting there,

　　Quite a row of them sitting there.

　　在夜里大紅的花朵看似黑的，

　　曾經(jīng)在此坐過(guò)的又回來(lái)坐他，

　　他們坐著(zhù)，滿(mǎn)滿(mǎn)的一排全是的，

　　With them the seat does not break down,

　　Nor winter freeze them, nor floods drown,

　　For they are as light as upper air,

　　他們坐著(zhù)這椅座的可不往下沈，

　　冬天凍不著(zhù)他們洪水也沖不了他們，

　　因為他們的身子是空氣似的輕，

　　他們的身子是像空氣似的輕。
