There be句型的主謂一致

　　當be后面的名詞是可數名詞單數或不可數名詞時(shí)，謂語(yǔ)用單數is(was)；當be后面的名詞是可數名詞復數時(shí)，謂語(yǔ)用復數are(were)。如：

　　There is a river at the foot of the hill.（山腳下有條小河。）

　　There are two watermelons under the desk.（桌子下有兩個(gè)西瓜。）

　　如果be后面是多個(gè)名詞并列，be應與靠近它的名詞的數保持一致。如：

　　There is a river and many trees at the foot of the hill.（山腳下有一條小河和許多樹(shù)。）

　　There is a basketball and two watermelons under the desk.（桌子下有一個(gè)籃球、兩個(gè)西瓜。）
